Room was clean nicely
No one at front desk upon arrival . Note said “helping another customer “. Waited for 15 minutes, unable to reach anyone during this time.
When attendant finally showed up, he just said…
“Checking in?”—-not even…sorry for the wait…
Did mention this to the manager the next morning, upon check out and she was very nice, apologized and will make sure if ever no one at
Front desk, they will take phone with them to answer calls.
The room was clean and good.
It was good except the room was not being cleaned the following morning. When we returned to the room, the beds were not made and had no clean towels.
Staff was outstanding. Receptive, attentive and responsive.
Beds were incredibly soft and for the first time in a long time, a hotel bed that did not hurt my back.
Handicap room was quite a distance from the main entrance and back door lock would not allow entry from outside. You could leave but not enter.
Shower was extremely slippery
The lobby smelled amazing when we walked in, and the receptionist was pleasant. We had an easy check in and check out process.
Staff were very helpful and quick to respond. Clean room. Convenient location as well.
Phone was not functional. Appliances weren’t functioning in my original room including AC. Even the panel was not working so they had to transfer me to another room. That was a bit strange since I went through their preregistration process. I got a room upgrade though which was nice. Major problem for me is the sensitivity of the key card which often gets deactivated even if I try to avoid in contact to magnet sources. Even after placing it to the table right after entering the room, it still got “demagnetized/deactivated.” So that was something strange for me.

just that u cant pair with the tv as the tv is slightly older but the channels were perfect.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location for a girls weekend in Bellevue. Easy access to restaurant and entertainment district using the free Circuit ride. Went to Kirkland waterfront for dinner one evening, easy 10 minute Uber ride.
Ask for an interior facing, renovated room.
