5 star treatment with quality care
Pros:

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Everyone is always so nice and smiling. One time I left my AirPods but they found a it and kept it. Other time I left my phone and called them from airport that I will pick it up in a month when I come next and they had it ready for me. You get woods breakfast and free coffee card for your stay. The location is awesome with target Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods within walking distance. The hotel does not have 5 start rooms because it is not a 5 star but you are treated better than a 5 start customer.

Wonderful stay – highly recommend!
Pros:

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel 116 in Bellevue. Everything exceeded my expectations – the room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, creating a perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and transportation, which made the entire trip even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the experience felt smooth, easy, and genuinely pleasant.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bellevue area. A wonderful and memorable stay!

Decent place to stay with great staff.
Pros:

The staff were very professional and pleasant. It was also nice that we could bring our puppy with us. It was an added bonus.

Convenient location for events in Bellevue at a reasonable price
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within a short drive or long walk to the Maydenbauer Center where we were attending a multi-day event. After the show closed for the day, the nearby Uwajimaya grocery was a good place to grab dinner and snacks within walking distance.

Cons:

The pool was a little small and because there was an event going on the day of our stay, there was little to no appeal to getting in with about a dozen kids.

Pros:

Parking was Close to entry.
In room Starbucks coffee with real half n half creamer.
Pillow firmness and bed firmness options (2 double bed room)
Laundry bag provided
Dark blackout curtains were good.
Great location

Cons:

Difficult heating/cooling to achieve a comfortable temperature & fan was always on High even when showing low on thermostat. When the A/C came on, it was like an icy wind blowing on me when working at the desk set up near it.
The desk chair did not adjust high enough.
Could not find check out time shown in an email, booking, no where. Had to call front desk to find out.
No bathroom separate fan/light option. Light was always on with fan on.
