Nasty staff nasty room they over charge everything is out of date
Cons:

They charged me 300$ for a room and a 100 deposit which I didn’t mind til I got into the room the hotel is run down need to update everything in there for the price they charging. My sheets and towels had stains on them went to tell the manager she had a nasty attitude and lied like she was gone to have someone change it never did I don’t recommend this property to stay in and I was all the way from Peoria Illinois.

Clean, quiet place to stay. Will be there again next time in town.
Pros:

Hotel lobby is clean. Check in was easy. King Suite Room is a must. Room was clean, odor free and quiet. Bed was comfortable as well. Location is good - just minutes away from the busy spots in the area, but is tucked back in a quiet area.

Cons:

Nothing really stood out as a negative. The automatic door sensor is close to check in and kept opening, but that is really nothing to complain about. Made it more of a funny than anything else.

Close to anything fun, but won't stay here again. Custer service is lacking.
Pros:

The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. It was close to the bowling alley for our tournament.

Cons:

I booked our room two months in advance, to make sure we had a king bed. When we arrived to check in the man at the desk said they were out of king rooms. And I am pretty sure he was trying to scam us. He did end up giving us a King Suite for the same price. But tried telling our friends the same thing. I paid in advance for this room. He stated that some of their previous guests chose to extend their stay. We found a kids toy in the couch, there was food under the couch that hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. there was only one small garbage can for the entire suite, I found several short/black hairs on the sink and tub in the bathroom (my hair is long and gray and my husband is bald) and the bed was like sleeping on a rock.

Never stay there again when I visit family

Was there from Tuesday to Sunday and no one cleaned room and no one brought towels and washcloths. The first room we had wasn’t ready so moved us to another and the floor in that room was nasty. We also got more sheets and changed them because they didn’t look clean either

Cons:

The room I booked was not clean. They had to upgrade my room to a suite but that was pretty clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Failed to annotate my phone call to them 2 days before arrival advising them of a one day delay in arrival. Upon arrival, reservation was cancelled and we were charged for the night we were not yet there. Did provide us with a lesser room for same rate. Language barrier with staff very difficult to overcome.

Nice convenient hotel, no need to accuse guests that they will cause damage before their stay.
Cons:

Hotel charged an unannounced $50.00 “security deposit” for 2 seniors staying 1 night while traveling. No reason to consider us guilty before our stay.
