Posh and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

I desperately want a Smeg kettle because of you, and loved the retro feel with modern amenities.

Cons:

Restaurant bites were just ok for the price.

Excellent hotel throughly recommend to anyone staying in the Toronto area.
Pros:

Great hotel, with some of the best staff we have encountered in Ontario. Quality breakfast, very comfy beds and easy access to subway to downtown.

Pros:

Excellent central location with restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and just a short walk to my workplace, making it ideal for a work trip. I really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, including the microwave and fridge, delicious tea and coffee, complimentary earplugs, free yoga mat rental, and luxurious bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable with spotless bedding, and despite the central location, the room was surprisingly quiet.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and exactly as described. I would happily stay here again.

Good location and staff, but dirty and noisy rooms
Pros:

Nicely located and friendly staff

Cons:

The room was dirty, I only had 10 hours there so didn’t bother asking for another one but I’ve been in budget hotels that were cleaner than this.
The noice insulation from the room was also very poor, you could anything from the corridor and neighboring rooms.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future.
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Both the hotel and the room were beautifully decorated, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Pros:

Bed was the perfect amount of the firmness and the pillows were great
No back issues and I was out like a light
The breakfast waa delicious

The sudden room change
I wanted a bigger bed but got a queen instead

Pros:

I like the fact it had garage parking as we didn't know the area to find parking for our hire car.

Cons:

not enough hangers, only 3 each. checked out daughters' room was the same.
