Pros:

Funcionários impecáveis.
Comida absurdamente boa: café da manhã à la carte, brunch maravilhoso e jantar perfeito.
Quarto confortável, roupa de cama e banho excelentes.
Amenidades todas disponíveis. Agua gelada e temperatura ambiente disponíveis todos os dias
Localização ótima: ao lado da Bloor, perto de tudo a pé

Cons:

Só tenho uma sugestão: as luminárias laterais a cama não tem cúpula e as lâmpadas são de filamento o que incomoda bastante os olhos. Se pudessem trocar as lâmpadas por suaves ou colocar abajures com luz suave ficaria muito bom.

Really comfortable and affordable, More than happy to stay again if ever in the area.

Reasonably priced, comfortable, modern, fresh and good location. Friendly staff

Cons:

TV was very slow to respond/load channels, also couldn’t get the Bluetooth casting to work.

Great hotel in downtown Toronto
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were delightful - so friendly and welcoming. The room was well designed, and to my delight had a high quality kettle - quite rare in North American hotels. For breakfast you order from the menu in the restaurant, and everything we tried was delicious. It's very centrally located and close to a subway stop, restaurants, shops, the Toronto Reference Library and the Royal Ontario Museum.

Cons:

This is a minor quibble but one of our days was a holiday, and the restaurant was closed, so breakfast is provided in the coffee shop. We didn't mind for one day but it seemed like the coffee shop wasn't prepared for the extra demand.
