Great staff and a lovely location.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful, charming and nice. You could walk to the Quechee gorge. The breakfast had many options.

Cons:

The ac/heater kind of smelled when I turned the heat on. The bathroom showed its age.

I got in a super rainstorm when my windshield wiper flew off my car. And I found myself stuck an hour away from home and it was easy to check in. A easy to get to the room and I had a very pleasant conversation with the gentleman who checked me in on the evening of March 31st 2026.

Pros:

Being inside a state forest park, exceptional breakfast very clean rooms with solid wood floors. Nice indoor pool with changing rooms at the pool

Cons:

You had to go outside to go to the pool and breakfast but it is all monitored by camera
