I booked a room for 2adults and 2 children with breakfast included. But when we arrived, the front desk only gave us two breakfast tickets, even after I showed them the booking details.
The lady that checked me in was the best! I wish I got her name BUT I was having a little issue and she worked it out for me no problem
The room was clean and comfortable the view was awesome
No Netflix access but not a huge issue
On our return trip, my husband left his cell phone on the hotel shuttle. It was turned into the front desk. We were hours away by that time. The housekeeping manager, Lupe, was so kind when we called about the lost phone. She made it so easy to get it back. She took it to the post office and mailed it to us and just charged our card on file with the hotel. It was so simple and helpful. It’s so nice to have helpful and kind people in this world these days. Shout out to Lupe!
07/09/26-07/10/26 After a super long day and changes to my travel plans. I unexpectedly ended up staying a night here and didn’t check in until almost 1am. Mel at the front desk immediately greeted me with a smile and had the best personality. I NEVER write reviews but her hospitality I received cannot go unnoticed. She flipped my entire day around in the best ways possible and it’s left a lasting impression on me. She set the tone not only for the rest of the night but following into the next day and it was truly inspiring. Mel is someone every hotel WISHES they could have for their guests. I’m so thankful for our interaction after the day I had.
Major Benefit change? Breakfast benefit is now limited to the Buffet (pictures demonstrate the lack of quality, selection, or care). Service staff has become quite hostile, even to Diamond Elites. Carpets are loose and need to be re-stretched in all hallways. Front Desk staff treated me as a nuisance and I noted that this behavior is common to all guests. Great location and six months ago they were so much better. I would recommend they contact their counterpart Crown in Charleston, SC to see "how to do it right". Last day is tomorrow and we will not be coming back.
None
The facility is old, dirty and uncomfortable. The room we stayed in smells. As soon as we walk in you can tell that the carpet is dirty and room is not cleaned properly. the pillow smelled. I had to spray lysol so I can be comfortable sleeping. The lobby and the rest of the facility is dirty and old. I would not stay here again.
I was disappointed with my stay overall. The biggest issue was the front desk staff, who consistently came across as dismissive and unhelpful. On multiple occasions there was only one person working the desk, and even with just a few groups ahead of me, the wait was around 20–25 minutes. The billing and various charges also weren’t explained clearly, which only added to the frustration.
The most concerning experience happened around 8:15 AM when someone tried to open my room door before knocking. It woke me up, and when I said I’d be out in five minutes and that I didn’t need housekeeping, the woman told me she wasn’t housekeeping. When I left my room a few minutes later, I saw that she was, in fact, housekeeping, and she asked how long I’d be gone. The whole interaction felt strange and invasive, especially that early in the morning.
When I mentioned the incident at checkout—not even to complain, just to let them know—it was immediately dismissed. I was told they “don’t send housekeeping until at least 9,” implying that what I experienced couldn’t have happened. That response was frustrating, especially since it absolutely did happen.
To top it off, there was urine on the toilet seat when I first entered my room, which is unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint.
Overall, there were enough issues with cleanliness, customer service, and operations that I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Dirty, old and poorly maintained. Said they had sofas in room but didn’t. Soiled furniture and moldy ceiling. Weeds and stickers in parking lot. Terrible carpet.
Everything but staff was aweful!
Location and shuttle
Slightly shabby in places
Breakfast,
Room was dirty with hair on the bed and in the shower wasn't done properly.
We stayed at this hotel for five days while visiting San Francisco for the FIFA World Cup, and we had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. One of the biggest perks was the complimentary airport shuttle service, which picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport at no additional cost. It was a convenient and much-appreciated service that made our trip even easier.
Location
Staff is wonderful and supportive
The hotel is old and needs renovation. As an IHG platinum member, they couldn’t do anything but give me a small room on the upper floor from what I had booked. The rooms are old and the space is too cramped.
The shower won’t run hot water enough, and the pressure is nonexistent.
