Very upset
Pros:

Advertised free shuttle. Thats why i stayed there. The shuttle did not operate when i arrived and i had to uber which they did not reimburse me for

To express my satisfaction with my recent stay. The exceptionally clean and comfortable beds ensured a restful night. We also greatly appreciated the convenient freeway access, which significantly simplified our travels.

Cons:

Based on my observations from my recent stay, the absence of an in-room microwave, several malfunctioning electrical outlets, and that the pool facilities were not as expected, and the parking lot and elevator appears to require significant maintenance.

The elevator is terrible and the smelll of smoking in the hotel and the room. I dont see the staff is friendly.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Crowne Plaza SFO Airport!!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful! We called a couple of days prior to our reservation to ask about parking and shuttle service to the airport and they were happy to answer questions. While checking in we had more questions and they were not only happy to help but also remembered us from the phone call! The bed was comfortable, the views were lovely at night, it was quiet, there were snacks and water bottles waiting for us which is so nice, and it's hands down the best hotel shower I have ever experienced. Hot water, great shower pressure, loved the jetted tub (though I didn't use it, it was nice that I had the choice). Honestly, we will for sure stay here again. Great value!! Thank you everyone at Crowne Plaza!
