Nice, clean, and in a great location.
Pros:

The Location was great. It is within walking distance of the cruise port, some great restaurants and shops. The design was warm and inviting. The staff were all super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the bed was very hard. It was way past firm and I am a fluffy lady that likes firm beds. The pillows were great though.

Big, pleasant place.
Pros:

Comfortable, large suite.

Cons:

Breakfast not so good.
Staff not so competent: our toilet broke, was fixed but broke twice more during our 3 night stay.
Front desk set up a wake up call for me but got the time wrong. Asked front desk for housekeeping and they never showed.

Pros:

Size of room was great. Beds comfy.

Cons:

Not enough items in the little market, only had chips and candy. Not restocked and empty shelves. Location didn't have many restaurants or grocery store.

We will book this place again! Excellent!
Pros:

We loved the setup with quiet rooms in the Warehouse district. We loved the fire pit and pool area. We appreciated the space and full kitchen.

Cons:

It will be nice when they update and remove carpet from rooms.

Pros:

I love the neighborhood it was located in. The surrounding bars were super personable , friendly and they had good drinks .

Cons:

The quiet hours weren't respected as much as they were posted and I wish the breakfast had more food options. As much as we paid there was no waffles or options to changed the eggs how they were cooked or any extra outside a regular hotel breakfast.

Very average to poor. Great staff and very helpful as they allowed me to depart earlier from the accommodation and gave

Shower really bad with no water pressure at all and a bit smelly.
Breakfast terrible with only plastic platters and some scrambled eggs with bacon. Porridge was available too but way below my expectations overall. There’s no buffet.
