I loved the location and all of the facilities.
The staff here are great: I didn’t get everyone’s names, but Heavyn and Wilkenson in particular were extremely helpful, cool and professional. Would definitely go back thanks to all the staff
Overall it’s an okay property, not super clean. Old property. Convenient location. Good staff. Gated hotel, good security.
Shower was really bad. Shower stream was so sharp that it was actually hurting the body! I never knew until now that something like this can hurt!

Non engaging front staff at check in and I asked if a grocery store near and if beer near and just a not sure and no on any grocery store. As a tourist these are minimal asks! There's a Walgreens in the least very near that I found myself!
Room not great, not that clean. All staff need lessons in friendly!
I asked on top floor and it was in my booking notes and only got floor 5! I was done asking anything else for the rest of my time here.

Was to be asked on an upgrade too and I forgot and I saw my print out after the fact. They dont read any notes!

Room spacious, close to convention center, nice athmosphere, great people in reception and valet service! Porridge available in breakfast!
Getting old, cleanliness not acceptable! Pricing was high and varied a lot depending where you make the booking.
