Pros:

The set up with all the amenities of a small villa, you can do light cooking, you’re able to make your own light meals…

Cons:

The front desk, not all are receptive to guests, some are extra nice though especially the one who stored my luggage in the storage room and open it for me. The house keeping personnel are awesome, the one who did our room last Monday, the 14th.

Beds sucked, the rest was amazing

Location was great for the convention center as well as walking around to enjoy the city and all it had to offer

Cons:

The bed and the pullout couch— probably the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The bed was hard as a rock and the couch caved in the center, making it feel like I was being folded in half while sleeping on metal bars. Aside from that everything else was great

Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance to convention center and French Quarter. Breakfast was good, pancakes were delicious. Plenty of seating in the breakfast area. Aircon worked very well in the room.

Cons:

They didn’t come once to clean the room and I was there for 4 nights. I asked on check in and scheduled for Sunday and nobody showed up until 3:30pm that day. I happened to be in the room at the time and I told her to come back in 20 mins but she never came back. I got a very rude attitude from the lady at the front desk when I asked her Sunday morning to confirm about house keeping. She insisted I needed 24 hour notice but I literally gave 48 hours notice when I first checked in. Very noisy outside. People blasting music from their cars and rooms until well after 1:30am. Doors to the hotel were never securely locked after 11pm as they said they would be so anyone could walk in and out.

I liked that it had a couch and a desk. The minikitchen was a nice touch.

The price did not reflect the value of the hotel and stay overall. The mattress on the bed was TERRIBLE.

I booked a room for 3 and I was responsible to make the bed for the 3rd person. Also the sofa bedding was pretty uncomfortable. When I asked the front desk if anyone could make the bed, they said no. Help yourself. I don’t expect to pay for a room that I have to make it.

Romantic getaway but no way

The ac got really cold and was controlled by us not them

The bathtub lacked proper cleanliness. The nightly parking fee of $50 was unreasonable. There was residual trash from a prior event. The toilet experienced persistent drainage issues, and the extra linens were stained with food particles. While seated outdoors by the pool near the fire pit, a rodent crossed my feet, which was the final straw. Regrettably, the breakfast quality was subpar.

I like the place cause of the kitchen and location but they need to clean the rugs and have more things accessible.

The staff didn’t provide a broom after I told them there wasn’t one in the room. The pillows suck. The rugs were dirty. The hotel never has extra comforters or pillows.

Second stay there; hope there many more!
Pros:

Great location, very nice rooms, excellent breakfast, always friendly staff.

Cons:

Valet parking is a pain. Very little room to queue up cars - even before the street work making it worse.
