The staff was as friendly as they could be. My wife's 1st time out of Alabama. Every time we asked for directions, a place to eat, the staff was very helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staffs are really nice.
The rooms are not that good. We stay for 3 nights but Wifi is turned off in the room for the last 2 nights, keep calling to fix but nobody wants to fix it. If we need wifi, we have to go near lobby. Everytime we use toilet, we have to open the back and let water refill 3 times before it can be flushed. A little far from French quarter, surrounding all by One-way road so it's little hard to get in and out. Overall, maybe we don't have good experiences ourself.

Location was ok, close enough to the French quarter, two street cars lines are within 4-5 blocks away. Safe, clean area. Our one bedroom suite was good size and very comfortable. We didn’t use breakfast or pool, so no options there.
We had room facing the Main Street and it was super noisy. Didn’t want to bother with moving the rooms, used noise machine, just be aware. Offered Valet parking is super expensive, my SUV would have cost 68$, there was paid parking just down the block, 22$ per day, paid by phone. Other than that it was good 4 days in NOLA.
Parking costs too much. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking.
