Guests leaving the hotel should request the shuttle directly at reception.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Het personeel was zeer gastvrij en professionele service.
De slaapkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien en de eenpersoons bedden van hoge kwaliteit, de matrassen en hoofdkussens!
Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid, smakelijk en goed verzorgd.

La navetta aeroportuale gratuita
El hotel se ubica muy cerca del aeropuerto de Linate y cuenta con servicio de traslado hacia el aeropuerto. El personal fue muy atento y nos dejaron bebidas de cortesía en la habitación (minibar incluído). La habitación era amplia, limpia y cómoda. Sólo pasamos la noche.
L'hotel è situato molto vicino all'aeroporto di Linate e offre un servizio navetta aeroportuale. Il personale è stato molto attento e ci ha fatto trovare bevande di benvenuto in camera (compreso il minibar). La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte.
El desayuno comienza a servirse a las 6 am, y nosotros tuvimos que dejar el hotel una hora antes para tomar nuestro vuelo, por lo que no pudimos desayunar. Tal vez como sugerencia podrían ofrecer un servicio de desayuno acotado para estas situaciones.
Decidimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel por practicidad, mi esposa pidió canelones sin gluten (ya que es intolerante y era una de las opciones sin gluten que había en el menú), pero nos sorprendimos al ver que le entregaron un paquete cerrado caliente de la marca Schär, no estaba especificado en el menú que iba a ser una comida envasada, pensó que serían caseros, de lo contrario hubiese pedido otra opción.

Abbiamo deciso di cenare al ristorante dell'hotel per comodità. Mia moglie ha ordinato dei cannelloni senza glutine (dato che è intollerante e questa era una delle opzioni senza glutine presenti nel menù), ma siamo rimasti sorpresi nel vedere che le hanno portato un pacchetto caldo confezionato della marca Schär. Non era specificato nel menù che si trattasse di un pacchetto preconfezionato; pensava che fossero fatti in casa, altrimenti avrebbe ordinato qualcos'altro.
Excelente el servicio de recogida al aeropuerto o a la Estación de Metro, de donde es sencillo llegar al centro. Excelente el desayuno, muy completo y rico. Limpieza y habitaciones muy bien.
Ascensores un poco pequeños, pero funcionan bien.

Molto vicino al Parco della Musica e alla stazione metro M4 dalla quale si può andare ovunque molto comodamente.
Le camere sono pulite ordinate e molto comode e il personale è gentilissimo. Hotel consigliato.
