Guests arriving at Linate should call the hotel after collecting luggage, and wait for the shuttle at gate 4 right outside the Departure Area on the first floor. Guests leaving the hotel should request the shuttle directly at reception.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Ideal location for airport
La proximité avec l’aéroport sans pour autant être génés par le bruit des avions, le personnel accueillant, le petit déjeuner avec un large choix d’options y compris vegan ou lactose/gluten-free.
La navette est venue nous récupérer la veille à la sortie de métro et nous a déposés le jour du départ devant l’entrée de l’aéroport de Linate.

Wir hatten einen Stopover in Mailand und mit der direkten Nähe zum Flughafen Linate ist das Hotel perfekt für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen. Auch das kostenfreie AirportShuttle unterstreicht dies und es hat alles gut funktioniert.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das komplette Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Was uns sehr gefreut hat: Wir hatten ein Standard-Doppelzimmer für die eine Nacht gebucht und geplant, mit unserem kleinen Kind zu dritt im Doppelbett zu schlafen. Dies hatten wir bei der Online Buchung angegeben. Ohne, dass wir angefragt hatten, hat man uns eine drittes Bett ins Zimmer aufgestellt. Das war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank.
Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen hat man natürlich eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem. In der Nacht war es im Zimmer jedoch stickig heiß und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht korrekt und kühlte nicht runter, weshalb man das Fenster trotz Lautstärke öffnen musste.
Eine Anmerkung zum angeschlossenen Restaurant, in dem wir abends essen waren, was natürlich zur Übernachtung separat zu betrachten ist: Das Essen war geschmacklich okay, aber keine große Kulinarik. Preis-Leistung ist daher nicht optimal. Und was uns auch hier störte waren die unbestellten "Grüße aus der Küche", die man eigentlich nicht wollte und nicht aß, die dann aber jedoch mit einem saftigen Preis auf der Rechnung erscheinen. So was ist einfach nicht kundenorientiert.
Close to airport. Fast Airport minibus shuttle available. Relatively quiet rooms compared to other hotels near to the airport.
Comfortable bed. Good size. Shower facilities great. We slept well and had no isdue with noise.
Only issue we weren't able to access sky movies as they are set so no option of choosing.

I was falsely told that the room had air conditioning. A unit that only blows warm air is not air conditioning, it is heating. I was then told an alternative had been offered, but moving us to another room at 27°C with no air conditioning was not a genuine solution.
Booking.com also handled this very badly. I was hung up on after being told there would be no refund, even though I was stuck in an unbearably hot room with a baby. In the end, we had no choice but to leave the window open all night onto the motorway. I did not sleep. Avoid.
