The room was disappointing

Horrible smell
Pros:

Close to town and my friends house

Cons:

it smelled really bad. I'm not sure what the smell was, not cigarette or pot smoke, and not animal smells. But it was definitely very pungent. Everything else was actually pretty great. But that smell was really offensive and definitely I wouldn't be back just because of it.

Great location if your are on campus at MSU. Clean facility, friendly staff, but low budget.
Pros:

Great location. The facility was really clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Facility is a low budget hotel with outside access to rooms. Bathrooms were very low budget. I'm over 6 feet tall and the shower head hit me almost in my stomach. For what I paid, I expected better facilities.
