Pros:

The room had outdated furnishings. The king size bed was ok, but when i say on the side of the bed, it seemed as if the frame was bent, the bed was uneven, possibly broken. So i slept on the other side of the bed. Roaches all over the place. Just not a comfortable room to be in. I did not feel safe going out of the room at night.

Needs maintenance and upkeep.
Pros:

The front clerk was awesome, but our room had pee in toilet and would not flush. The room stank of smoke. We were offered a plunger for the toilet but asked for another room. The new room was not very clean but we stuck it out.

Very sketchy area. Loud. People outside walking around all hours of the night. Definitely did not sleep or feel safe

Pros:

Stayed for an entire week and didn't get room service not one time. Vagrants roamed the parking lot 24/7. Stairwell was full of trash and smell like urine so bad. The gentleman in the office was awesome and that's really the only good thing I can say about it.

Homeless people are loitering everywhere and they're aggressive. Had pizza taken from door and 2 men suspiciously asking me if my dog was expensive and when I ignored them they attempted to walk up to me but fortunately my husband saw what was happening and came to help me

In short, I was refused my room, I was lied to, I was judged, I was referred to a very trashy and unsafe hotel, the clerk or manager who ever he was, was very rude, discriminated against me. And stole my money, and just everything he said was all lies. He needs to be fired so literally he can have a bad life experience like I am.

Pros:

The overwhelming amount of homeless and drug addicts. Couldn't walk outside my door without one of them being up in my face. Caught a couple of them looking into my car amd other vehicles. Day staff was helpful. But the overnight staff just didnt care and dismissed my concerns. Will never stay at this property again

Took 50 deposit despite and no smoking the room smelled funky to begin with I don't even smoke and they said I smoked dude I haven't smoked in 4 years

Very depressing place to stay.
Pros:

Lots of homeless people in the area squatting around for shade in breezeways. Animals popping in the parking lot. Woke up to the police daily and nightly as well. Not sure why they have a rating of 7.2.
