Great location and staff, but the hotel facilities left a lot to be desired given the price.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Location was great.

Cons:

The room was out of lotion and body soap upon arrival. Also, when showering, the water barely drained from the tub. When you flushed the toilet in my room, the water ran from the faucet in the bathroom. And it was very expensive for a small room.

Cute and cozy hotel in great location with lots of shops and restaurants all around. I recommend!
Pros:

This small hotel is located in a great location on the Upper East Side. The staff was friendly and the room was cozy. They gave me coffee coupons for a wonderful cappuchino each day and there are lots of bakeries and cafes all around. Central Park is just a few blocks away.
