Relaxing.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for someone like me who enjoys traveling alone and wants a peaceful and quiet place. The staff were accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Im very impresswd with the cleanliness and how the hotel smells even in the hallway.

Cons:

Self parking was a little inconvenient because you have to cross the road to park. But not a big deal.

Awesome but could use cleaning!
Pros:

It was a great stay I absolutely loved it!

Cons:

I didn't expect there to be no microwave or stovetop in the room. I would've thought that was a standard feature for a hotel. There was also mites that were crawling from the bathroom sink that I discovered on the last two stays so that was super disturbing to see.

Experience was ok but will not book this Double Tree again.
Pros:

Nothing much. There are better options around. This hotel is located almost at the end of strip so some people like that it’s away from hustle and bustle and some may not like it.

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room, which was quite inconvenient. When I raised this concern, a staff member (possibly named Jessica) responded rudely and questioned whether I had ever stayed at a DoubleTree before. I was surprised to learn that there was only one microwave available for the entire floor, located in what appeared to be a dusty closet. Even extended-stay hotels typically provide microwaves in every room, so it was difficult to understand why DoubleTree does not offer this basic amenity.

Additionally, although I had booked a stay with breakfast included, there was confusion at the restaurant on the second day. After having breakfast without any issues on the first day, we were initially denied service the next day, with staff stating that breakfast was not included for my two teenage children. Only after confirming with the front desk were we allowed to proceed.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the situation at breakfast felt both humiliating and embarrassing.

I enjoyed the area! A bit of a walk/drive to some things, but the peace and quiet was worth it.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast. Bed was super comfy. Hotel is aged, but clean. Kaitlyn went over and above in her service. 😊

Cons:

The explanation of the parking was lacking. Coffee in the room was awful.

Cons:

The only issues we had were the pillows are horrible. You get 4 pillows and even if you use all 4 its like your barely sleeping on 1 pillow. They also need to update the air conditioning. It hardly work at all. This is not our first stay here. Actually it was our 4th time and when its warm outside the air does not work very well. We have stayed in different rooms on different floors.
