someone had key to room and broke into room when i was in the room. apparently they didnt change the key card between guests. front desk and staff not helpful at all

The hotel really needs to get its management on the same level as the guests and other staff, who did a wonderful job.
Pros:

It was located close to the event that we were attending. We did book a double/double bed room, because it was all that was available at the time, and once we arrived the staff changed it to a king room and we added an extra night, in which we did not stay.

Cons:

The room smelled like a boys locker room. The bed was so hard that we left a day early. The property manager needs to get with the front desk to make sure that they are aware of all of the changes that are made. Were disturbed while trying to sleep in 3 times, and then told to go to the desk.

Next time in Aiken will definitely not stay there

NO TE HOSPEDES AQUÍ. Si no quieres dormir.

Cons:

Todo estaba sucio. Las toallas sucias y manchadas igual que la habitación. La limpieza mala. Mucha gente fumado y el hotel dice no fumadores. En la mañana los jardineros prenden sus máquinas, despertando a los huéspedes e interrumpiendo el descanso. Le doy CERO ESTRELLAS.

A total nightmare
Pros:

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

1)The cracks and past in the bedroom and bathroom ceiling, looks like the room was under demolition, 2). A cracked bathroom sink with a tiny whole in it therefore we had no bathroom sink 3) there was a spider web in the corner over the microwave with a dead spider 4). The bathroom vent had spider webs and dust 5) I called the front desk immediately after entering the room with complaints and was never offered another room l was told that the manager would be in on Monday and this was Saturday after checking in, l have allergies and Saturday morning a.m. l breathing issues from these conditions of this room, this was a total nightmare, we began packing, l went to the front dest explaining all of the problems and asked for the management's information, l was directed a business card that was at the station, l mentioned that l have paid for another night that l can't use because l refused to stay in the room #149 any longer and left, On Monday l put in a call to the manager Adriana Rivero, to be told that she was out of the office, l left a message asking for a return call including my name and number, l haven't received any call, with no response as of yet.

Not good!
Cons:

Hard bed, hard small pillows, heating register made noises had to shut it off when we were sleeping because it was too loud. Shower must not have been cleaned before we got there, bar of soap left in shower by someone before us.
