I have nothing but good things to say about Holiday Inn express, but this particular experience bad
Pros:

location, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Very musty smell in the room. took the elevator up to the room and it was full of marijuana smoke. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Emotionally damaging, I’ve always loved all the places with you until now. Unfortunately I won’t stay again.

They couldn't find our reservation. After I showed the conf # , they found the reservation for the following day. I specifically needed the reservation for the 18th, not the 19th. My text and my copy both confirmed the room for the 18th.

Cons:

I had book a hotel room for two beds and instead of two bed they gave me a room for only one bed and I had paid 300 for this and when I had called them to tell them about the confusion of the room. She said that since I book it in a app that basically it’s first come and first come but yet I reserved my room and paid for it for two beds.
