A great stay and somewhere I’d stay at again when in Wichita.
Pros:

The whole hotel was just better than I expected. Breakfast had some good healthy options and the location was perfect for me. Also the water bottle machine was so useful and far better than any other hotel

No issues on this front.

There was confusion with the assignment of rooms. While my husband was in our room, another guest walked in on him. He walked to the front desk with her and she was assigned a different room.

Great place in the heart of downtown!!!
Pros:

My entire stay was outstanding. The Ruben sandwich from the hotel bar restaurant was amazing. Free parking in a secure garage was an added benefit. I’ll definitely start here again.

Everything was better than expected. The staff was friendly. The restaurant staff was friendly. It was an amazing experience.

Thank you again to the staff for making an inconvenient situation not interrupting our travels. incident
Pros:

We actually didn’t get to stay at this location because of a maintenance problem. I do want to say though that the staff took care of everything for us. They located us into a really nice hotel and took care of everything. Things happen but they handled it way beyond our expectations. Thanks to the staff
