Loved how it was attached to our dance competition but overall not thrilled with employees and the rooms weren’t clean.
Pros:

Property was clean until you got to your rooms

Cons:

rooms still had dirty/stained sheets, pillowcases.. clean towels were hard to get(was told they didn’t have anyone if shift to wash and dry them), staff was very disrespectful and rude towards other adults, at check in they told me they didn’t have anymore rooms of what I had booked months ago.

Reservation process was a nightmare. I made a reservation, they tried to charge my card and then there was no reservation.

Great stay
Pros:

Will stay again! Very convenient for KMEA music weekend.
Pros:

Recently renovated and clean hotel conveniently located next to Century II for KMEA activities. You can't beat the location for KMEA music weekend.

Valentine's Day staycation
Pros:

Hotel is nice. Food is good. Always a lot of kids there and no later hours for adults at the pool. They needed healthier options for breakfast, nothing different, just average.

Great hotel, ideal area next to the river walk
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel, very nice. We loved the short term parking close to the front door for a short period if needing to run up to your room. The staff we're super helpful when we misunderstood the parking garage. The hotel was full & a little loud at night, we could hear other rooms. Thankful it quieted down & the beds were super comfy. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Mike is AWESOME - Great Hotel
Pros:

Great place, Mike the driver is AWESOME. Close to great restarants. Super clean hotel. Will go back. Parking was OK, Great view from the 18th floor rooms.

Great get-away place to stay!
Pros:

Great location, close to a lot of things to do. Nice, restaurant, bar with nice clean rooms and daily housekeeping service and the cost was very reasonable. I look forward to staying there again of future trips.

Pros:

Wasn't great, wasn't terrible. Maybe pay a little more attention to the details. Make sure lights work. Make sure you put the room back together after you fix the issue. The little things. The staff were courteous and helpful when it came to correcting some issues I had. The front desk ladies were great when I left my room key in my room... twice.. Ambiance was solid. Gym was meh. Did the job I suppose.

Very upset
Pros:

My company had book my room along with other employees for All Employee meeting. I had to put my personal credit card on file. Upon check out, instead of charging the company card, my PERSONAL card was charged. Hotel would not refund my card, stating "my room was never intended to be paid by the company. "
