Cambridge Suites Hotel Halifax

We’ve been staying at Cambridge Suites for many years and always received good customer care but this time was exceptional! Charvi was welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in (even helping another guest while she was checking me in!). She was efficient and accommodated our room needs without hesitation. So personable-she really made our stay!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir hatten im 3.OG Zimmer 313 Suite mit Kingsize Bett für 2 Nächte. Sehr geräumiges Apartment. Sauberes Bad. Sehr bequemes Bett. Gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (etwas eng) für 27€/Tag. Lage vom Hotel ist TOP zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten - etwa 5 Minuten zur Waterfront (Rückweg etwas länger, da es bergauf geht). 2 Minuten zu Pubs und Restaurant TOP.

From the point of arrival until departure, nothing was a problem at this well appointed and professionally staffed hotel. I had advised in advance we were celebrating an anniversary. We were given a harbour facing room, 2 chocolate bars, and in the fridge was a dessert to acknowledge our celebration.
The room is generously proportioned, the bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet.
The morning we were leaving, we collected a hire car. The hotel reserved a parking spot at the front for us to park the car and pack before checking out. This made the process so much easier than it otherwise would have been.

Excellent breakfast included- convenient location, comfortable beds and lounge furniture- rooftop patio, hot tub and sauna- complimentary water, coffee and tea all day-hotel was always busy and seemed full but was not loud- we had a very nice corner suite(512) looking towards the water and heard almost no street noise. Front desk arranged a car service for airport ride day of check out. The bathroom toiletries are the best!

Loved our stay at Cambridge Suites Halifax. LOCATION: Excellent for walking anywhere downtown & Waterfront. ROOMS: Big one bedroom, quiet. STAFF; Very helpful. CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: A breeze. VALUE: A but expensive but to be expected summer season. BREAKFAST: Excellent.

We always love staying here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and kept very clean. Its always a pleasant experience and highly recommend.

We had an excellent time at the Cambridge Suites. Our car broke down and we had to find last minute accommodation in Halifax. Luckily the Cambridge suites had availability. They helped with everything and followed up with a phone call to our room to ensure all was well and if we needed anything further. The room was clean and the breakfast was superb.
The staff are friendly, and informative.
We will certainly be back!

Staff lovely, hotel clean and location excellent

My wife and I stayed for a total of three nights (2 nights + 1 night) during a tour of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.

Our rooms were each very comfortable with all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay, although an in-room safe would have been useful.

The hotel is very conveniently situated just a short walk to the Citadel, Downtown and the Harbourside area which has a multitude of bars and restaurants. The hotel does not offer lunch or dinner.

A good breakfast was served each morning. Car Parking was available for a charge.

Arrived late at night and my bags were delayed. Checked into a room that was well appointed but dark and no view. In the morning the wonderful desk clerk Joyce went above and beyond to move me to another room with same great amenities but a bright beautiful view of the harbor, and while I was out working received my bags from the airport and delivered them to my room. Made coming home from a long day. She was so helpful and communicative and a total rockstar. Thank you, Joyce!

The Cambridge Suites Hotel is in the best location to see all the sights of downtown Halifax and the harbour areas. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom is clean and the shower works well with lots of hot water! The bed is comfortable and air conditioning works well. The hotel has an included breakfast that has loads of options and is very tasty, all you could want! We totally enjoyed our stay here and the front desk staff were so helpful, friendly and efficient, made us feel like friends! A big shout out to Charvi and Joyce for their excellent check out experience for us, we really appreciated you both! Thank you so much for everything!

We loved our experience at Cambridge Suites in Halifax. The location was great, super close to the waterfront and all kinds of interesting food and shopping. Underground parking was easy to access as well. The hotel was quiet and peaceful even in such a busy location.

We stayed in a King Suite which was excellent! Very clean with everything we needed. We had a gorgeous view of the water. The bed was comfortable and we loved the big, fluffy pillows.

We used the guest laundry facilities which were easy to access and they had extra laundry supplies at the front desk.

The breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of delicious options. We loved the lobby coffee and lemon water too!

All of the staff were phenomenal. Thanks to Kathy, Akshay, Chrirkine, Charvi and Jeremy. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
