The hotel was perfect. The room was exceptional and the breakfast plentiful with variety. The staff went beyond their duty to be so helpful, especially Trang. Thank you.
The hills! For a 'Downtown' hotel, it was very high up and, at our age, we had to stop several times to gain our breath.

Good location for accessing downtown businesses. Onsite parking. Suite was more than adequate in size, facilities, cleanliness. Very quiet. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast good.

Hi, We checked into your hotel in Halifax April 10th out the 11th. Surprise get away for my Birthday. Wanted to thank your staff Christine,Joyce & Amber. They made our stay so enjoyable with a Birthday Chocolate bar ,Champagne & a Birthday card in our room when we arrived. Wanted to put a big thank you out to your 3 very Thoughtful Employees. Breakfast was amazing !
Pillows were awful, there was no slim option. Both of us had to make pillows out of sweatshirts.
Great spot to stay and able to walk to all the great sites. Loads of restaurants to choose from and handy to see shows or walk the waterfront.
Joyce and the staff in the desk are fantastic. Request are never too big or to small. She always has a smile and pleasant to talk to. Remembers our names which is a big plus. She always makes our stays enjoyable.

The location was perfect 👌 literally walking distance to everywhere downtown, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and courteous

The hotel is pretty old but since everything was clean, it wasn’t an issue for me

Its an old facility. The carpeted floors, sofa in room need shampooing. The breakfast had little options.
