Comfy friendly stay
Pros:

Fast friendly check in. Front desk workers were kind, professional, and friendly. So was the gal in the early morning. Clean rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. Great location and chick-fil-A is right across the street.

Unpleasant Stay
Pros:

My family just needed a place to rest on our road trip, but this hotel was not a good choice. I’ve honestly never had a worse experience with a shower. The door kept sliding open, so the only option was to hold it shut while showering. It was not only a major pain, but also got water everywhere in the very tiny bathroom. And while my kids could deal with the extremely uncomfortable sofa bed, the one blanket proved for it was stained and smelled terrible. All this and we paid double for the room just because it happened to be the weekend when we were passing through. I do not recommend La Quinta in Springfield.

Everything went as it should in a hotel
Pros:

The ladies at the reception desk were fun and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed the moment I got to La Quinta. The breakfast was perfect. Hot, flavorful , great variety. Fun making waffles 🧇 😋 I will definitely make am effort to stay at La Quinta again on my next outing.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location with lots of food option. Parking was easy and free. The hotel is dog friendly, and it’s easy to walk our dog outside. Room was clean and spacious.

We prefer this hotel due to its location and staff.

The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

Cons:

I have insomnia, there was a bit too much light in the room with the lights out (too many lights on appliances) which I hung hand towels over to block the light, but a few less would have been nice or situated so they didn't face the bed perhaps?
