The location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. Their breakfast was great. Nice and hot. There are a couple of things that need to work on:
My tub would not go down, the drain was cloged. The pool area needs work. Also, the hallway walking to my room smelled very bad. Overall 8 out of 10.

Pros:

I booked online did it wrong. But the worker helped me and also gave me the same rate. It was a great room, best waffles ever. Super awesome stay. Thanks everyone.

Have not received my $20 deposit which should have been done. They did not warn us that there was apparently a gym above us. We heard loud bangs above all evening. Dogs in the next room barked in the night and in the morning. Still waiting for $20 refund on deposit

Pros:

Big rooms, very nice handicap bathroom. The breakfast was very nice. We loved the set up with the food in a separate room from the eating area.

Cons:

Our only complaint was that the carpet needs to be cleaned because our room smelled like wet dog! You should have rooms that pets aren't allowed to prevent that smell for non pet owners. We eventually got used to it but the point is that we shouldn't have had to.
