It was fine for what we needed it for and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Good on a budget! If the pillows and lighting were fixed it would be even better. Staff was very friendly.
Pros:

The staff was pretty friendly esp the manager. He was very nice. As well as several other front desk employees we encountered. The beds were comfortable. Centrally located. Nice bathrooms in the rooms and good products.

Cons:

Every time we went to the pool we had to go ask for towels they were behind all weekend. There are signs for gluten free breakfast options and as a celiac I was excited but they were out of stock all weekend. Also the lighting in the room was horrible and the walls were pretty thin so it was loud. And the pillows are very thin. Bring your own.

Great comfortable stay for a reasonable price
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was exceptional, the room size was very large, and it was very clean and quiet. They also had a really good breakfast with plenty of options.

overpriced for what you get
Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly, the gym facility had what you would need for a basic workout and the location was good. it was nice to be able to bring the dogs in through a separate entrance. The kids really liked the included breakfast which had a good variety of food (waffles, bagels, yogurt, etc.)

Cons:

The room was not clean - we spilled some water and when we wiped it up the towel came back a very dark gray color, I would be surprised to hear the floor had been mopped. additionally, The bedding provided was not sufficient and when we asked for more bedding we just got another thin blanket. If the room was $150-200 a night this would be ok but at $400 a night I would have expected a duvet. We just had a thin blanket and two sheets which was not enough to keep us warm. We had to make the pull out bed for the kids which I also would have expected the hotel to cover for us.
