Pros:

Super Lage, direkt in der Umgebung S- Bahn und Bushaltestelle.
Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl.
Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Straße war sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet war.
Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.
Frühstücksraum ehr klein, schwierig einen Platz zu bekommen wenn Stoßzeit ist.

Fabulous time in Berlin 🫠...
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and supportive. The location was perfect for my activities, i.e., the Opera was only 1🚉... Station away, etc. The Olympiastadium wasn't far away either 🤗...

Pros:

Die Lage war Praktisch um schnell überall hin zukommen. Zimmer waren schön gestaltet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es wurde immer auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage, bzw. Klima unterstützte Lüftungsanlage. Fenster zur Straßenseite konnte man leider Nachts auch nicht auflassen wegen dem Straßenlärm. Da während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr hohe Temperaturen herrschten, war es Nachts wirklich unerträglich! Auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gering. Gerade bei Leuten mit vielen und dichten Haaren ist da das reinigen bzw. das ausspülen der Haare eine Herausforderung. Auch wurde das Frühstücksbüffet nicht schnell genug nachgefüllt. An manchen Tage waren sogar mache Lebensmittel nicht mehr vorrätig.

Cons:

Die ausgewiesene Ladestation diente die ganze Nacht als Parkplatz eines anderen Gastes und war für uns darum nicht nutzbar. Damit hatten wir ein sehr großes Problem! Die Ladestation war jedoch ein wichtiger Faktor für die Auswahl des Hotels.

Pros:

About what you expect for the price from a Best Western - comfortable, decent size room, a good location near the S and U bahn and walking to the opera house. The staff were very helpful - allowing me a reduced price breakfast for cereal and yogurt and providing a large sheet to replace the single duvet on a double bed. Not sure why you have to log onto their wifi anew every day, which was slightly odd.
