Overall the stay was okay.
Pros:

It was in close proximity to where I was going and had many attractions close by.

Cons:

One of the front desk workers was extremely rude and was not very helpful.

My stay was unsatisfactory because it was a big inconvenience to us.

I did not eat the breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't like how the television didn't work and also the whole one side of the room, the light didn't work. The maintenance told me that he had to put in a work order but it won't be until Monday but we were leaving Monday morning. The electrical switch on that side was out. Also, there was no iron in the room and we had to wear our clothes wrinkled. And they also had small worms in the bathroom and then we saw one by the bed. We called maintenance and all he did was stepped on it and said it was dead and left out. The worm was not even dead because it started moving when he left.

I liked the stay & area I just didn’t like the soft pillows on the bed but I will stay again
Pros:

The mall & food place was in walking distance & it was 20 minutes for the globes life field for the concert I intended

Pros:

It was clean and great location

Cons:

No A/C had to change to a different room and it still didn’t work right also the tv didn’t work. The bathroom sink had a leak. No smoke detectors and that is illegal I would think. The second room only had one bath towel.

It was bad ! Left as soon as I saw the facility

Not a thing !

Cons:

First floor under construction! Only one elevator and stairwell were open to use . Very dirty and the room smelled bad and flop was sticky ! Went back to front desk for refund and I left !

I enjoyed the peaceful room and quiet neighbors in other rooms near.

Cons:

The front desk staff was not in front at check in and I had to call the front desk and another person came in after me doing that same thing to get someone to come to the front.
