Great location
Pros:

Great location and nice to have a balcony. Comfy beds too.

Cons:

Just in need of a little updating. Stayed here many times and not much has changed. They used to have a 5 gallon water dispenser in the room. Now no water at all.

Lovely stay by the water in North Vancouver.
Pros:

We appreciated the staff for being very helpful, polite and efficient. We loved the location by the water, the bed that wasn’t too firm or too soft, the clean room, the lack of noise and the food options at the stalls downstairs—so convenient.

Cons:

We were on the 3rd floor, coast side. Couldn’t open our heavy curtains because there is a walk way right outside the window. People walking could just look in. Minor inconvenience however for the value we paid for the room. We were hardly there anyway.

Pros:

Awesome location. Quiet room. Well cleaned. Helpful front desk. Excellent value.

Cons:

Vinyl flooring in the room not my favorite. Dated decor. broken headboard. Hallway was being fixed? Drywall work everywhere.

Pros:

Loved the location, great bars and restaurants nearby and easy trip on seabus into downtown vancouver or 10min bus ride up to capilano.

Cons:

No breakfast facilities. Noisy aircon. Prices were elevated for Fifa26 and this meant that the hotel (even with the amazing location) was not worth half of what we paid. Paying for parking over and above hotel rates.
