Location, Smart TV and clean. Getting in the hotel from parking spot was difficult. Had to go round entire building to get to entrance
Receptionist was vague and said there was commentary breakfast, but nothing left when we arrive, coffee was disgusting. Parking fees ridiculous
The location was great! Great views and very friendly staff. Bonus that there is a fitness center in the building with a great view.
It was a little hard to find the parking garage at first.
Location was perfect, the staff were all friendly and helpful, lovely clean big rooms and comfortable beds.
Great service.
Good room.
So-so experience.
We were woken up in the middle of the night around 3AM to a deafening alarm type of sound that went on for nearly half an hour. At about 330AM, we hear someone saying “There is a heat sensor that has gone offf but there is no need to evacuate. This is a false alarm.” Thankfully the alarm soon went off shortly after. I understand that this hotel is a part of the mall BUT I still believe that some compensation for the lack of sleep would’ve been appreciated.
Room was dated, missing a table or sofa (there was a big space that needed to be filled and there was only 1 chair (for the desk) and had no safe (a requirement as far as I am concerned). Additionally, the deadbolt on the door didn't work. I reported it to the staff and maintenance looked at it, but it still didn't work after they did.
Room was dated. Restaurant was closed for 'renovations' - this was not mentioned when I made the reservation.
Nice location, friendly staff, clean room, nice view, great place to stay.
Really good hotel with amazing staff.
Bathroom needs updating, at least the shower head.
Water machine was always out of water, my toothpaste was confiscated at the airport security and normally hotels give some sort of toiletries, there was nothing in my bathroom. The room was so hot even on the coldest AC setting. Rooms are dated, need renoing. For 1000$ for 2 nights I expected more.
We stayed in room 440 and the view was excellent.
The bathroom was cramped and needed renovation.
