We came here because the ratings were good but the beds are so hard could not even sleep there was black hairs on our bed when you go to the bathroom your basically sitting in the floor pool was closed supposedly due to maintenance breakfast was horrible they only serve muffins and waffles not other options will not stay here again!!!!!!!!

Baymount hotel no longer exist and this website is taking to long to refund my money

Hotel was sold a week before our arrival. It reservation was not honored. We had to take a different rate as a walk in customer. The elevator and ice machine were broken

Loved our stay

First, they taped two key cards together for me to open the door. I then found some wierd fitted sheet under a chair. The sheets on the bed were stained which looked like blood. Towels were suspects, i went and got some of my own. They didnt clean the room four out of the 5 nights we were there.

I tried getting a different hotel. But everything that was available was 3 to 4 times more than what we were paying. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Very disappointed with my stay.

The property and facilities were dated. The grout and caulk need to be redone in the bathroom. I am not a fan of the shower curtains; I would prefer the plastic kind. The room and hotel were clean, but a little refresh could bring in more customers.

The room was clean but the hotel itself was a bit dirty. The elevator was dirty, the trash cans were overflowing and it was a bit stinky.

The front service attendant was a rude person. The sink was a very very slow drain it was gross. The beds were hard.

Quick one night stay. Hotel was decent. Could have been cleaner. Parking lot lights were all out.

Checked in on Friday and room smelled like an old shoe. Looked at the fan and it was not very clean. Might think about preventative maintenance activities in a schedule for a maintenance man to complete. There is no way a housekeeper does not recognize the foul smell upon entering room 212. Additionally the bed closest to the window was extremely broke down in the middle of the bed. I had take sheets off and flip the mattress. This should have been done before I arrived. I have noticed that nationwide, the housekeeping standard has dropped to a much lower standard. We also got air freshener from Target to compensate for the smell in the room. My room needed a deep clean.

I’ve stayed in 3 hotels (including this one) since my son has been in Roswell, and so far this is the best one I’ve stayed in. Everyone was so courteous and personable. I’ll be staying again soon and hope to have the same experience as the last time.

This hotel is in NEED of repair. It is totally disgusting. Shower head had something green growing on it and it wasn't mold. Sink didn't have a drain stopper and the drain was full of Old disgusting food or something. Safety latch on the door was broken. Carpets in disrepair. Information not updated. Said pet friendly but early check in said NO PETS. Staff said pet friendly. A shuttle to the airport would be very helpful. Toilet drain stained and dirty.
