Pros:

Booked this place last minute and it really exceeded our expectations. Rooms are pretty new, had a nice view of ocean, convenient parking, really friendly staff and a few good restaurants options next door.

Cons:

The daily free breakfast could have more options but for the price of the room- it was just awesome to have free breakfast and coffee/tea/water avail 24/7

It has great potential, but I wish I had enjoyed it more.
Pros:

Staff was great. Very responsive. Very kind. Continental breakfast was just enough. Room was quaint. Nice color combos. Very neat.

Cons:

Room 327 had some mechanical issues and meant to describe at check out but staff was not present. (1) Patio door to balcony does not latch. For security we used a chair as a dowel. (2) The fold out couch was difficult to pull out. Side toward night stand did not come down. (3) The bathroom sink had a “sweet spot to shut off the water, not the faucet stop and the bathroom shower had low water pressure.

Pros:

Great location, clean, nice hot tub, easy parking and checkin

Cons:

Patio door was in bad shape and very hard to open/shut, tv wasn’t working properly, some visible repairs. We realize prices were high because of Ohanafest, but this was too expensive for the value.

I had a very comfortable, nice stay at Beach Front Inn!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! Location—perfect!

Cons:

Rooms are somewhat “dated”.

Room was very spacious and very clean meet all expectations from the pictures

Love the location

Location is perfect. It's was a quick birthday getaway. I wanted to be near the ocean. This was perfect. They found out it's my birthday and gave me a room upgrade.

Amazing Customer Service!
Pros:

The customer service is excellent! The front desk person D.J. , is warm, friendly, professional and welcoming. He took the time to explain where everything is located on the hotel grounds. He made himself available by providing the contact information in case anything is needed, during my stay. The room is clean, comfortable and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Great spot
Pros:

What a great spot, right on the beach Klien and the staff was delightful. The breakfast was great easily accessed with lots of fresh fruit. In fact, we liked it here so well we are going to come back for a few days later in our vacation.
