Carlos was so kind and helped us upgrade our room at the very last minute. It made for an extra special vacation for my Mom’s birthday! The view and location are absolutely perfect. The room is so spacious, comfortable, and clean. We will definitely be visiting again!

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We’re a local couple who wanted a weekend staycation near the beach and this place hit all the marks. Located on PCH amidst a strip of other small condo-style hotels, The Beach Front Inn & Suites is the quaint, calm retreat that spouts plenty of romantic and relaxing opportunities. The location, despite being ON HWY 1, was relatively quiet without any traffic, even given that it’s the start of the summer beach hype. We loved the communal jacuzzi located in the center courtyard with the straight shot view to the ocean. Our single king room was spacious and had a home-like vibe that made it a welcoming place to entertain our friend for an artsy and beach-filled afternoon. We also loved the complimentary 8-10am daily breakfast that was stocked with all the hotel basics: fruit, cereal, pastries, waffle maker, and of course—coffee! Essential! If I had critiques it might be that we had some slight overhead noise from the second floor one night (the floor must be a little thinner) and the deposit + parking fee ($130 total) was a bit steep considering the comparable next-door hotel options. But—given the final thing we truly enjoyed about this hotel: the staff (who were above and beyond on their logistics and hospitality game, friendly, incredibly helpful and also incredibly hands-off when not needed—thank you for being both by the way!), we had an unbelievably lovely weekend here at Dana Point’s Beach Front Inn & Suites. Overall, a rejuvenating and intimate weekend. Very much recommend for when you want to leave the kids with grandma for the weekend or reconnect with a group of friends. Solid hotel across the street from the beach, you can hear the waves crashing from afar so beautiful and relaxing

Dj was outstanding a man that knows how to truly take care of business and got us are room without hesitation would highly recommend this place there very helpful here!!

Avoid. I wish someone had warned me. This place needs a refresh/remodel. My room did not have a good smell. It was old, worn down, and the room did not look as pictured. I was very disappointed. The staff were nice and very helpful. I did not stay the second night as planned (because I was unhappy with the room) and they gave me a full refund, which I appreciated. The parking was easy and the location was great. This hotel needs to be revamped and redone. Very old, worn bedding and furniture and my room had a musty, funky smell.

Great place with a hot tub and sunset view and complimentary coffee and tea make it more enjoyable.

This is a nice hotel with a very good location and views of the ocean. It’s reasonably priced and great for families with the separate bedroom and additional sleeping in the living room with a bed and sofa bed… there’s also a fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast isn’t anything fancy but my grandson enjoyed the waffles and cereal. Rooms are clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. It’s a good family value.
