It’s a good hotel. The room is clean. The air conditioning is effective. The location is just at a shopping center. So it’s a good choice.
Clean room with a good bed - much needed after 15 hour drive from Wpg.
Front lobby needs some updating
Typical comfort inn
EXCELLENT
The room was clean and the beds were great. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
All was great!
Older building but it’s been kept up well. Room was clean and comfortable with standard amenities in it. Comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Tub shower. Full breakfast that they kept replenishing. Small eating area. Service was polite. NO elevator but just 2 floors. Location was about 5-6 min to canyon train. Restaurants and stores close by. Overall a satisfying stay.
Easy and fast check-in, front desk staff very courteous and efficient.
Great to return and see Mimi three weeks later as we travel back to Vancouver Island.
Thank you
Over priced and no amenities - our operations team will now book with Delta for future stays.
was disappointed didnt change towels or make bed

Apon approaching the hotel the outside is lacking esthetics. The hotel would benefit from an indoor eatery as well as better insulation to reduce the noise.
We loved our stay at this location. Service was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, bed very comfortable and fridge and microwave in room was great. Breakfast was good too! Would definitely recommend!!
This property is no where near the water or bridges as pictures represent it to be.
Did not like the busload of soccer players from Guelph University staying here. Boisterous and took up the entire breakfast area. We were given a "quiet" room but a player was next door. Asked reception to get them to disburse the dozen or so players hanging outside our room. Tap in shower is odd, step inside to turn it on to cold water, adjusting to warmer as quickly as possible.
The room was clean and nice enough, bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The heating unit was a little wonky and smelled musty when I turned the heat on. Halls were cold and smelled a bit like tobacco smoke. Also, people need to know that there is not an elevator to the second floor.
Took 20 minutes to check in. One person ahead of me. Clerk was answering every phone call while letting the customers in front of her wait.
Additional staff needed to eliminate such excessive wait times
Stayed for a night in August. I was really surprised by the check in service. I understand that you need to show your ID when asked but I was shocked when I overheard that they would only accept specific kinds, they would not accept health cards, Indian Status Cards (plastic kind, even though it is government processed). I have a Quebec driver’s licence without my photo, it says it is valid without photo but it wasn’t accepted, I thought I would be screwed since I only had a health card and an Indian Status Card, the plastic one, but my health card was accepted. I had booked through hotels.com, and I knew I wouldn’t be reimbursed and so I was really nervous, but they accepted my health card. The check in had a very long line, and some people were turned away because they didn’t have the proper ID. There were many frustrated and angry people waiting. Like I said, I was really surprised, I have never stayed at a hotel where specific kinds of IDs were not accepted. I found this to be really strict. I would say the check in service was professional, but they were also rude. Checking out wasn’t quite as different. No warm hello or farewell. Air conditioner was really loud in the room and barely cooled the room. It’s a great area to stay, I’ll give it that but I would definitely not stay here again.
