I came in late and although the receptionist was having some other issues, she dealt with me in a very polite and courteous manner. The AC made the room a little cool but the bed was very warm and comfortable so that made the difference. Shower was reasonable but it would be better if there was a soap dispenser (as is supplied for the shampoo and conditioner) instead of a small bar of soap, The building is an older construction and the rooms don't appear to have been updated in some time. I don't feel that the cost reflects the quality because the owners are capitalizing on the guaranteed income of the mining industry travelling through Timmins. The location is good because it's an easy drive to the airport or onto the arterial routes through Timmins. I will be staying again.
There isn't anything available (I think) for people leaving before 6am for breakfast. If there was something like a granola bar, a yoghurt (and spoon) and a carton of fruit juice or a bottle of water, that would be great.

Water in the tub and sink was extremely slow, obviously they do not check the drains.
There were weird stains on the walls

Secure parking and shops nearby
The bed was hard and it was a very noisy bed. Also, the doors of people leaving early (I do understand that there are contractors who stay there) slammed early in the morning. I'd suggest putting known contractors at one end where they can use one exit door and other guests at another end. It wasn't a terrible stay, and the staff is amazing. Just a suggestion.
