This hotel that my daughter booked for us was excellent.
Pros:

The entire hotel was very clean and inviting plus the layout was different that most hotels. Ex: our room had 2 doors for entry and/or exit! On the other side of one door was lounge like area leading to breakfast nook, etc

No place to park while checking in

Very convenient to the convention center where the Volleyball tournament was held.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk, Especially Mrs. Gail was amazing. She was able to assist with all questions and when confronted with the one issue, was extremely apologetic.

Cons:

I had to add a night and was instructed to come down Friday morning to check out and check back in. I completed this task (Friday Morning) and my buddy was taking a nap and was rudely awaken by a house cleaning staff accusing him of not checking out and back in. He had to call me to clear it up. This did cost him a nap.
When I approached Mrs. Gail at the front desk about this she was very apologetic and understanding for my frustration. She did an amazing job keeping her composure and smiled throughout. Very Pleasant and wish she worked at every hotel I visit.
