Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the rooms and the hotel were clean

Cons:

The beds were to hard for me, I prefer soft beds. To much traffic for this country lady. Said it had free shuttle service and it doesn't. Said free parking and cost $ 20.00 a day.

I would not stay there again
Pros:

Food was good, better than other hotels

Cons:

The bed was very old. Not well maintained. Old mattress. Mold smell. Carpet old, dirty and ripped off. Doors with stains.

The staff, cleanliness of the hotel, accessibility of the extra blankets and pillows. I liked the breakfast provided and ready.upon arrival. The location was superb.

Cons:

Well. I did not like that I missed the guest mixer and social. It was more my fault that I missed it.

Underwhelming
Pros:

It was a good location and easy to get in and out of. Bed was comfortable and it served my needs

Cons:

Booking does not have information about paid parking it was a surprise and 20 dollars a night when I was already paying over 700 for the room. I was very unhappy about this. The room needed some work. The fire alarm in the ceiling was just hanging and the furniture was worn.

Next time, I would choose the same hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located not far from the event we attended and is in a safe area. The hotel has its own parking; the additional fee was $20, which is relatively inexpensive. The location and the neighborhood felt safe.
The staff were competent, responsive, and polite. The room had all the necessary amenities and essentials. I had read in other reviews about the pillows, and for some reason I liked them too.
Breakfast was varied, and everyone can find something they like.

Cons:

Dust was not cleaned thoroughly in some areas.

This hotel was great for families.
Pros:

We are a family of seven traveling to Gatlinburg. Having a space large enough for everyone to stay together and not be split into two separate rooms in a strange city was terrific. The only thing I wish we had found on property was an ice maker.

Cons:

The pool being heated would have allowed our kids to burn some energy but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great hotel, great people at front desk, server mentioned in review (not so much)!
Pros:

I wanted to start off by saying Crystal (front desk) was very helpful. She checked me in for two rooms that I had reserved for my family. She was kind and gave us all the information that we needed for the stay. Overall, the stay was good, but I'd like to mention two negatives. First, Room 428 has a bad odor in it. My parents came to me about it and we went to get air freshener to try to get rid of smell. The smell did not go away, I believe it may be in the carpet. Lastly, the lady (Hispanic) that was serving breakfast on February 15th-16th was very rude and unprofessional. I observed her get an attitude with my mother when she asked for plates. She also gave me attitude when I asked for something. It seemed like she was mad at the world because she was working. The food was running empty, there were no plates, cups or juices available for customers. We had to wait or ask for things to get done.
