I liked the eggs for breakfast.

Cons:

No shampoo located in room when I checked in on the 17th. Very exhausted as it was close to midnight and the room was a long way from the lobby to request shampoo.

Our 2nd time staying, we would come back.

Need more seating in the pool area, it was busy and there is only like 6-8 chairs for the entire area.

Reasonable prices for a comfortable stay

It’s always a pleasure the staff is delightful, the rooms are spacious, the hotel is usually clean and busy

Despite the delay checking in, our stay was nice.
Pros:

Room and breakfast was ok. Bathroom/room clean.

Cons:

Had to wait 10 minutes to finish checking in at the front desk at 12:30 am (even though I had done an earlier check in process that day). A sign on the desk indicated that the desk staff was gone on a "shuttle run" and would be back soon. First time I have ever encountered that situation at a hotel that time of night. Was not happy as I had been travelling all day. Commnication was good however as I kept them updated of our late arrival and delays as much as possible.

Wouldn’t really recommend considering baymont was same price with bigger rooms and cleaner.
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t the cleanest. Had long black hair on the pillows and sheets and blankets and on a couple towels, room had a musty smell, floor was dirty. And towels still had soap saturated in them, took a “clean” one and ran it under water and soapy water start filling the sink, and you’re bathtub didn’t drain so had to stand in dirty water.
