Welcoming, safe, and very good breakfast
Pros:

Staff and breakfast are outstanding! Needed a ground level floor due to limited mobility and the ladies at the check-in desk were so understanding and accommodating and made it happen. Breakfast area was clean and food was very good. Liked the variety of options. Our room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

First, we have been staying at the hotel for years before it was the Quality inn. We should have told the staff that the old heat/air unit wasn't working right, but we thought "It’s not so bad and it's only for 2 nights". The room smelled a little musty when we first came in. We used lysol to take care of that. The morning we were checking out, we woke up to find condensation on the wall behind the headboard of the bed.

It was decent for what we needed.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Bacon was pretty thin but tasty. Several choices that included waffles, oatmeal, and eggs.

Cons:

Bathrooms could have been swept better. Pillows were very soft.
During check-in, employee was playing games on ipad. Very distracting.

The room was nice loved the hot tub

Cons:

The staff was arguing in the kitchen and I was going to stay an extra night even booked the room through booking.com and then they wanted to hold a 100 when they didn't ask me that upon my 1st check in so they basically loss my business because the staff did not accommodate

The staff and overall experience were strong. The front desk representative—who mentioned she was from Pennsylvania—was especially welcoming and professional. She made check-in smooth and set a great tone for the stay. Overall, customer service stood out as a highlight, and the hotel itself felt comfortable enough for a short stay.

Cons:

There were a few issues that affected the experience. The bed sheets had noticeable lint balls, which made them feel less clean and was unexpected for a hotel. In addition, there were children running through the hallways unsupervised, and at one point they knocked on my door and falsely said there was a fire, which was concerning. It would be helpful if staff monitored hallway activity more closely to prevent disruptions like this.
