Toilet needs to be more detailed with cleaning

At first it looked alright but then you began to realize how dilapidated the entire building was. The wallpaper was peeling off to reveal mold. Under the beds was filled with items such as old food that hadn’t been swept up. The breakfast was very basic and some of the food was expired and/or rotten.

Was a nice stay to be close to family

This hotel is run down. Had to change rooms three times to get one without cigarette smell

Overpriced 2 star hotel charging 5 star prices during race week

The property is nice and close to race track and gas and food

Place seemed very unkept on the outside and run down on the inside . It had a slight Oder as if it had sat for years unkept . The hairdryer that was plugged in looked as if you dare turn it on you could get shocked or maybe start a fire . I had to ask a cleaning lady to come into the room a clean the bathroom door and the wall on the side of the door because there was what seemed to be a soda or something sticky that had exploded against them . Ceiling in the bathroom appeared to have mold on it . The room itself was ok but after seeing the stuff for mentioned it made us very uncomfortable staying. For the amount of money charged for staying I sure expected a little more from the experience. If you gonna raise your rates for a weekend event at least make sure you’re at least giving the Guest a clean and comfortable place to come to . Absolutely would never come back to this place or probably any quality inn

Rooms are very outdated and I ended up with some type of bug bites on my body They need to shut down and totally renovate clean and replace mattresses

I loved the people! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Check in was easy and because we were there this trip for a funeral they got us into one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and change clothes before the service. They were very understanding and kind. Darrel was extremely helpful, he understood my husband was having health problems and could not walk long distances so he assigned us rooms near an exit we could park close to. We appreciate everything they did for us.

It's a bit run down. Room was dirty.

Room was very dirty, stains on the walls and floors, bath tub not clean, remote didn’t work and felt like i needed a full shower after touching it. The smell was horrible walking into the hotel and when worse in the room.

Very difficult to navigate around this hotel. Dirty towels in bathroom, mold throughout bathroom, stale bagels for breakfast and no tongs, elevator hadn't been inspected in years, front desk clerks VERY unhelpful (answer for everything was I don't know). Had many people staying for work and they spent their evenings out in the parking lot playing loud music and talking over the music until 11-12 at night. Tried to speak to manage and kept being told that they weren't in the hotel and to check later....

Public areas had lots of red mud that never got cleaned up. We found a bed bug and left in the middle of the night 2am :-(

This was the o my hotel available in the town, I had no other options to stay. Staff was friendly, came into room there was dirt on the carpet and hair and debris in the bathroom I personally had to clean it myself. Unacceptable!!! Upon me leaving I came down stairs and slipped on a very wet title floor which smelled of bleach, the sign wasn’t visible from coming down the stair it was place next to a chair not in vividly view. I made a inceident report with them manager wasn’t on site at 9:00am. I had to get back home and ran extremely late. Because of the fall I couldn’t go to work for two days and ruined my planned vacation and my belonging. I would like for them to compensate my stay as well as clothes.

What a dump, this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I stayed up all night in a chair because I was afraid to sleep in the bed. Glad I only booked for one night or I would have checked out early otherwise.

The bathroom has water damage, the bathtub needs to be cleaner, and it still has patches in the wall; the personnel was excellent, but the room condition was not the best experience

We’ve stayed here a few times when visiting family. The hotel has always been fairly clean. There’s a good continental breakfast.
Never had any issues.
Beds aren’t as soft as other hotels I’ve been in but we still stay regardless.

Poor cleaning, specially in the bathroom. Stains, mold on shower curtain. Flies in breakfast bagels compartment.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled like weed. This used to be a nice hotel. The owners need to step up their game! They've really let it go down hill.
