Excellent hotel to stay in. Will return again!
Pros:

The location of the property was central to several different areas, two major highways (295 right next to it & 95 less than 10 mins away), and several food places with varying hours to accommodate even the most nocturnal guests.

Cons:

The entry door and bathroom door design was a bit conflicting, but nothing too bad once you figured it out. Also, the air blew directly on one of the beds so it was uncomfortable for my sister.

Good location and front desk very friendly. Facilities (elevator and air units needed repair and updating.)
Pros:

Location to Fort Lee is excellent. Breakfast was above average for Holiday Inn Express

Cons:

Elevator was broken during our stay on the third floor. The air units that were by the window seemed to have two settings. Burning up hot when off and freezing cold when on😉. so much so it made us laugh.

The property is in an odd location. Staff and interior facilities were very good.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Beds were confortable.

Cons:

Parking charge. entrance and exit to the location were confusing. Smoking area was at the entrance, had to walk through other peoples smoke.

Pros:

The staff was AMAZING. There was a little mess up with the room number written on my room key holder…the room number didn’t exist lol…a wonderful staff member in the laundry room and her boss generously helped me and figured out the correct room number for me as I had a number of bags I was lugging around. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The room was super comfortable. Breakfast was great with a number of options to choose from.

Pros:

Very clean, well located off 295, lovely staff.
A wawa accross the street and a decent italian restaurant next door.

The placement is run down, trash everywhere. I didn't feel very safe taking a walk

Was very disappointed with the bath room situation.
Pros:

Breakfast was great....outstanding!

Cons:

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was poor. The hot and cold lever was coded incorrectly. Hot was actually on the right but the lever showed the left. Took awhile to figure out the faulty fixture. Called desk and offered another room after unpacking. This has been an on going failure never corrected. Can't believe no one else has had this problem! Fix it!!

I really feel good about our choice to stay here
Pros:

The room was exceptional, everything was well laid out making it very comfortable. I couldn't believe the fantastic breakfast they served. To top it off they texted me when I got to the room to make sure everything was okay and the textred again as we were about to leav, I thought this was a very personal touch.

Pros:

The bed was soft.

Cons:

For the amount of money spent for hotels, Holiday Inn should have a turn down service. We shouldn't have to ask for extra towels or supplies to clean our own room.
