We will not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was typical for Holiday Inn Express. They had snacks and water available at the front area which was nice.

Cons:

Room was dirty - hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. Air conditioner was extremely loud so none of us got much sleep the first night. Beds were too soft. The outdoor pool was tiny and not appealing.

This is our go to hotel in Lynchburg.
Pros:

Very good continental breakfast, location was great, all staff members were wonderful. We love staying here. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

TV was not programmed right, pool water is filthy, slowest elevator on earth, no free zer in the fridge room, really? Five dollars for an ice cream sandwich?

Front hostess was great, however GM was rude and would not take any responsibility for unfortunate situation.
Pros:

Easy to get to and close to amenities.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t vacuum well or not at all and missed a pill on the floor. My dog found it and ended up at the emergency vet and an immediate trip back home. Hotel took no responsibility.
Picture is part of the pill I got out of my dogs mouth and put in toilet.

Nice, comfortable, no issues whatsoever
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable. Room was clean, spacious, air conditioned. Staff was nice. They even handed out bottled water and coffee in the lobby.

We'll be back!
Pros:

The breakfast was generous and tasty. I worried about the attendant, who was doing a fabulous job keeping all the serving platters full and all questions answered. But she was all alone.

Cons:

Actually we both had issues with the mattress, which seemed like it would be perfect. But we both woke up with minor back aches. Who knows?
