Super noisy from freeway noise abd busy blvd location. The hotel was old, was not maintained well. The furniture was shabby. There was a chair in my room that had a huge big stain on it so you didn’t even wanna sit in. The bathroom shower sprayed all over everywhere in the shower valve was like nothing I’ve ever seen you had to crank it around and around and around and round you get hot water and it was very hard to adjust. The breakfast was so unhealthy. It was all processed yucky food. No, I did not like this place and probably will not go back to this chain ever again because of this really crappy job they’ve done with their name on it.

Sadly not as good as it has been before.

This is not our first stay at this location. The breakfast, as always is completely amazing. It is the reason we book at this location. And the staff is always wonderful. The lobby is inviting and clean.

Cons:

As time has gone by, the rooms seem to be more fading. The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. There was water damage in our bathroom that was only partially repaired. I personally started coughing and having congestion due to the smell of moisture. Additionally, the chair in the room was stained (we did not feel comfortable using it). One of the lights in the room didn't work. We requested cleaning in our room on day 3. We were told that they do not clean everyday (by the one employe that seemed upset that I asked). While we simply wanted to change our towels, trash, and toilet paper, which I stopped in to request on day 4 as well. On our 5th day, I finally went to the lobby and asked for fresh towels and toilet paper. An amazing woman help with that. On Saturday evening upon returning, there were also three woman that looked like they were there looking for company. While not assuming we know what they were actually doing, it looked a little obvious. They were on the outside of the pool in the back of the property. They left when they saw us. We did find out the next morning that they were actually staying at the property. Because of all of that, we have made the decision not to stay at this property any longer.
