Roaches were in the bathroom

Friendly staff, the hotel was in the process of renovating the place.

There were many flies flying around the check-in area when I checked in. The base trim around all the walls appeared to have been recently stripped of, tearing away the paint from the drywall and then slapped back up again without repairing the drywall. The shower head had athletic tape on it in hopes of stopping the leak (but it failed). I awoke to a moth flying around above the bed. It was the 2nd worse hotel I've ever stayed in.

The man at reception was nice and helpful. But the place was really dirty. There was very little breakfast. Everything was out most of the time. The room had been redone, but the floor was dusty..had not been mopped.

Room was very nice but the hallways and the floors were not vwry nice and there was a roach in the elevator and the elevator safety inspection was out of date. The elevator opened and closed all night so no one got any sleep.

The staff was rude and the rooms had roaches.

Rooms were being renovated, so old furniture was placed outside fir trash pick-up. Newly renovated rooms are simply fantastic. They're doing a great job. Morning breakfast was good. With excellent coffee.

I can’t even begin to tell you how disgusting this place was. The second you walk in you see giant stains all over the carpets, there were not one, not two but three types of hair on different surfaces in my room, there was an empty cupcake wrapper in the garbage. The beds were not completely made. If I weren’t as exhausted as I was, and just using this hotel as a means to an end I would’ve complained but honestly, I didn’t have the energy for it. Do not stay here.

Room average, all else poor. Breakfast lacking (No butter, potatoes not fully cooked, no bread for toast). Staff friendly.

Hallway carpets dirty. Renovations going on 3rd floor and part of second and loud hammering going on during the day.

Nice stay; no complaints

The property is undergoing remodeling. I had a remodeled room, which turned out to have several construction flaws or unfinished work.

Very nice staff. They are remodeling but doing a great job.

The first room they gave us wasn’t fully cleaned so they moved us to a new room. Mindful there was also construction going on in the room above so it would have been a very unenjoyable experience during the day if we stayed in there.There was a patch on the ceiling that looked like mold in the new room from where the old AC unit was. There were glue marks on the mirror that were never cleaned up after hanging the mirror up. There were still rags hanging up in the bathroom from when the room was cleaned. The carpets in the hall were very stained and gave the place a very dingy vibe. Sure it was a place you could rest your head but I certainly wouldn’t go back.

Under rehab, will better in a few months after construction.

Check in was easy, room was clean. Hotel must be doing some remodeling because there was a lot of trash around and several containers in the parking lot.
