Fair looking room but old tv stand and freezer mini fridge and totally unsafe and overcharged and walking into crime tap

The staff and my room was okay and the location to what I was attending

Cons:

They had a busted up entrance door where all the glass was broke with what seemed like yellow and black crime tape wrapping it. Children and hoodlums all in the parking lot making us scared about our vehicles. The side doors were open so weird looking people and apply like as well as kids walking in, no safety or security, the halls were dimly lit like extremely dim and to get to any floor you had to walk almost the entire hotel in length to get upstairs and no hotel rolling racks to get my luggage to my room, Then feeling extremely unsafe. So much so that I went late and left like 2am because I never went to sleep I say yo once I came in. I changed into comfy clothes to drive home in and wasn’t even there 5-6 hours . My clothes were there but I left and came in sat up and was scared to go to sleep so I satctgeee an hour or two then decided it’s time to just leave and get on the road in the pitch dark alone as a woman no later than 3am. It was a lot for those very few hours and then safety at all. Side doors of the hotel just left unlocked your walking alone down this long dim hall then looking like homeless men walking it and it happened coming and leaving at 2am which had me scared both times, I had to leave. That place spooked me out. Never experienced all of this ever at any hotel I have stayed at and I have been travel since a young child and now I am way older so much so that I left

Not good and not exceptable. My wife was extremely annoyed with this hotel.
Pros:

Bed was confortable.

Cons:

Pubic hair on the toilet seat, WE HAD TO GO BUY TOWELS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH, and the toilet was crooked. WE HAD TO KICK THE DOOR TO GET IN THE ROOM AND SLAM IT TO CLOSE IT SO WE WOULD KNOW OUR STUFF WAS SAFE. They couldn't even provide us another trash can because we only had ONE. They don't repair anything.

The room wasn't very clean the TV didn't work when you went out the side door to your car you couldn't get back in you had to walk all the way around to the front of the building the man at the front desk was not very helpful at all overall it was a poor experience

I. Didn't stay the lady at the front desk was very rude. came all the way from pittsburgh and she said I was band and come to find out.It was my dad that was banned.I tried to I spling to her.Look at my address on the ID And tell me why i'm banned she was not trying to hear me. She told me get out and I was the same person. Then she told me she felt threatened and she's calling the cops.\n It made me feel like the Indian woman was racist.
