The lady at the front desk was very pleasant
Unmarked, smelled terrible, hot and humid halls, first room swelled of mildew and mold, side door to hotel had been smashed, second room on 3rd floor and hall was filled with trash outside rooms and hall shelled like someone had been smoking weed.

I would like a refund- my mother’s door room 408 would not open after going to the front desk 3. - 4 times
Then the front desk agent had to bring a black box up to open the door - then he advised Us not to leave the room as if we where on punishment on the 4th of July in another State and all grown. This was the worst decision we made booking two rooms here. Neither rooms had working TV ., the pool was not working either.
Near a lot of stores and restaurants.
Beside the lobby it was dirty and had a smell of mold and musk. Carpets were filthy trash everywhere in the parking lot and halls. The room smelled and the bathroom was dirty you could see where they had wipes spots. The TV didn't work and the screen would go blurry constantly. Wifi was weak and would constantly kick you off every 5 minutes so when the TV was clear you still couldn't watch anything. The pool was covered and never opened or filled. Breakfast was frozen pancakes and stale cereal. Only 1 elevator worked and there were no carts for taking your belongings to the room.

It was at a convenient location
Very dirty and not welcoming at all. Has a pool but was not open. The breakfast was horrible. Only had coffee, what looked like microwaved pancakes that were rubbery, and bacon that looked and tasted like plastic.
My room was very clean
The overall appearance of the hotel over the years have changed. It looks run down and tacky.
