Pros:

Excellent staff. The lady at reception on Saturday, 16th May 26 was fantastic. Very professional and helpful.
The parking is spacious (I drive an A5), which isn't always the case in the city.

Overall good stay.
Pros:

Very central location 100mtrs from tram stop. Very clean hotel . The bed.was very comfy. Adequate selection for breakfast . Staff pleasant.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot due to no air con so very uncomfortable to sleep in.Apparently air con is not switched on until summer.
