Absolutamente recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente pues tienes a metros una parada de tranvia que te lleva a las principales atracciones y donde puedes comprar el ticket de viaje.
El personal muy atento y amable frente a mis solicitudes.
Lo limpio de la habitacion y lo completo del desayuno.

Cons:

Nada, sin duda volveria a hospedarme aqui.

Good hotel with close distance to central station
Pros:

The location was good, just a brief walk from St Jean central station. However, the room felt a bit worn down. The hotel had a nice concept that if you skip room cleaning, you get a free drink at the bar. Whatever it takes to make this world greener!

Pros:

Hotel correcto para pasar un par de días y visitar Burdeos. Hotel tranquilo al no estar en el centro pero tampoco lejos para llegar a los sitios de interés (20min andando) y en muy poco en tranvía.
El trato del personal es muy agradable.
Buen parking.

Cons:

Sinceramente me esperaba algo más de este Novotel, he estado en otros de la cadena y a este le falta algo de cariño.
Las camas no estaban bien hechas y cojines como almohadas.

Il n'y a rien à dire : tout est très bien,comme d'habitude ; Chaque fois que nous venons à Bordeaux, nous venons au Novotel !
Propreté, service, peti-dèj exceptionnel, sitution, bagagerie et parking pour ceux qui viennent en voiture et pour nous le tram et venir à pied de la gare.
La qualité ne change pas.

Sehr zentral, Strassenbahn direkt vor der Tür

Cons:

Als wir kamen wussten wir schon dass wir nur vier Tage statt fünf bleiben würden aber es war nicht möglich den einen übrigen Tag zu stornieren. Das Zimmer wurde für den fehlenden Tag aus Sicht des Hotel als freigegeben vermerkt… wir mussten uns, aber erst nach Verhandlungen, mit einen freien Frühstuck zufreidenstellen.
