Fort agréable.
Pros:

Hôtel offrant le calme tout en étant à proximité de la ville tant à pied que grâce au tram. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être surclassé. Accueil chaleureux, personnel disponible, souriant et serviable. Nous avons pu profiter du parking de l’hôtel, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la vie. Ce n’était pas une première fois pour nous au Novotel de la Gare. Nous reviendrons à nouveau.

Reasonable price for a good quality hotel that has access to the city wide Tram System right outside
Pros:

Very comfy bed, nice terrace, good coffee machine with 4 coffee pods replenished every day. small fridge which was replenished each day wit a bottle of water, a minute maid orange juice, a coca cola original and a coke zero.
Secure large laptop size room safe.
All staff were very helpful and welcoming. I wish to thank the lovely young lady that serviced our room each day. She helped me when I had to retrieve a pair of shoes my wife had left in the original room we were given which developed a small electrical fault. Also the Young lady manager named Maria who managed to prepare a meal for us, by herself, on New Years Day when the restaurant was closed and we couldn't find anywhere open close to the hotel.
The underground private very secure hotel parking was a very welcome benefit of staying at this hotel. It was 16.50 euros per day which was cheaper than public parking in the vicinity.

Cons:

I am a silver member of the All Accor affiliation scheme and tried to book direct with All Accor so that my points could be accumulated and welcome drinks, late/early checkout would be available. However each time on their own website, when I tried to finalise the booking the last screen froze. Eventually I had to book with booking com which mean I accumulated no points for my 5 night stay. I beleive it could be a fault with the All Accor site interacting badly with Mozilla Firefox which I prefer to use for security purposes.

Bien pour une soirée étape mais quartier pas très bien fréquenté.
Pros:

proximité de la gare. Confort de la chambre et le parking sous l'hotel. Les petites attentions de l'accueil avec le mini bar compris.

El personal fue muy atento, me cuidó mucho, con sonrisas e hicieron que mi estancia fuera perfecta. Tuve la suerte de que me atribuyesen una habitación mejor sin que lo pidiese, y es un gesto que se agradece.
