A very short stay this time, but we'd stay again!
Pros:

The man at the front desk was exceptionable, very personable and courteous. He made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and well laid out. Love the double door concept with one inside and one opening to the parking area.

Cons:

A refrigerator with a small freezer would be better than the one they have, since a lot of travelers carry coolers and need to refreeze their "blue ice".

Everything about the stay was fine. I think the facility was a little pricey for what was offerred.
Pros:

The property was fine. Nice clean rooms. Quiet area. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking space.

This is an economical option to stay in Buffalo.

The HVAC unit was loud. When we entered the room it was extremely cold so unit ran excessively to bring the temperature up.

Very nice!
Pros:

Welcoming staff. It was clean and comfortable. It also had TV AC a fridge and a nice breakfast! The website had said none of those were included but they were!

Cons:

The facility needs remodeling. The room doors are gapped; the entire property needs a makeover for the fees your requiring. Aoid all Best Westerns that are not upgraded!

Pros:

Breakfast was good, quick and easy. Liked having a door out to parking lot, should I have brought my dogs would have been great for access.

Cons:

At night you can hear the interstate traffic. The heater kept turning on and off all night long, would not hold a good temperature.
