Erste Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, zweite Zimmer Licht defekt, dritte Zimmer war „nutzbar“ und dennoch eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.
Irgendwann will man eigentlich nur noch „ein“ Zimmer.

Die Kommentare an der Rezeption machten es nicht besser.
„Sie haben erst vor 15 Minuten gebucht? Das kann bis zu drei Stunden dauern bis die Buchung da ist.“
„Das Zimmer ist nicht gereinigt? Das kann nicht.“
„noch ein Standardzimmer habe ich nicht, dann muss ich schauen, OB ch ihnen ein Upgrade geben kann“

Familienbesuch mit Übernachtung im Hotel (1 Nacht)
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffett: Englisches Frühstück, verschiedene Müslis, Hafermilch. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, kurze Autonahnanbindung (ca. 300m zur nächsten Auffahrt zur A2, trotzdem ruhig)

Cons:

Kiffende junge Leute nachts vor dem Haupteingang des Hotels. Das schien aber an der Tattoo-Messe zu liegen, ob Personal des Hotel involviert war, ist mir nicht bekannt.

Service war sehr entgegenkommend. Lage war für unseren Zweck Ideal.

Cons:

Flecken in der Decke sollten wirklich nicht sein...Parken nur gegen Gebühr finde ich nicht OK für Gäste. Rezeption vormittags nicht besetzt.

Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Hatte für eine 5 köpfige Familie 2 Zimmer reseviert. Bei Ankunft wurde mir gesagt, dass nicht alle Personen im.System hinterlegt sind. Wir mussten ein Zimmer nachbuchen. Aus Zeitmangel konnten wir die Zimmer nicht beziehen und sahen erst nachts, dass zwei Zimmer völlig ausgereicht hätten.
Leider ist die Rezeption unzureichend besetzt, um es zu klären. Es hat mir auch nichts gebracht, die Bestätigung von booking .com bei der Rezeption vorzulegen. Mir wurde sehr unfreundlich beim check in gesagt, dass es ihm auch nichts bringt, dass wir für 5 Personen zwei Zimmer bestätigt bekommen haben.

kommen gern wieder
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Bett ist Super. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, wenn wir wieder eine Baustelle in der Nähe haben kommen wir gerne wieder. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Vielen Dank ;)
