Pros:

Bathroom all time stink and all tap was broken in the bathroom. Bath towels was dirty and all bath towel have black spot.

Disappointed if there is negative start the please do.

Pros:

This property is in a very poor condition. The only lift was dirty. The room was dirty. The electrical switches did not work. WIFI did not work. The closet in the room had no hangers. Bathroom faucet was broken. The staff was helpful. In summary, this property needs lot of improvements to receive an acceptable rating.

Pros:

I booked this hotel for its proximity to the main temple and at least being 3 star rated.
This property doesn't qualify for even 2 star. Bad outside view from room, smelly room, flush not working, completely worn out towels, intercom works after 10 tries, no shampo and bathroom roll...what a poor state. Expedia should delist this property asap.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. I saw earlier reviews about the sheetsbeing off white. However when I asked that the manager mentioned that they do not use bleach as it is harmful for the environment and that it is an island town.
The sheets were however clean.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful. They provided us valuable advice related to temple darshan, pooja options, and also arranged a helpful panditji for special pooja. The food was very delicious and variety was also good. The hotel location is great for temple and other tourist sites. All in all excellent experience.

Pros:

SDM Golden Towers in Rameswaram is strategically located for the religious traveler. The boarding arrangements were more than adequate and we made multiple stays at this hotel during our trips throughout India.
