Comfort Inn Prince Albert

Was a nice clean room and the breakfast was great!

The room was good to start our 3 night stay but there was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The bathroom had only one face cloth and although replaced stayed at one. The empty tissue box was not replaced. The bed was not made after night two.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

the room appeared to be cleaned, however because we were in a pet room, the carpet smelled like urine. The staff had opened the window prior to our arrival to air out, however when closed the window , the smell was evident. Rug is hard to utilize in rooms for pets. Another floor covering would be suggested.

the television we could not figure out how to get to the channels. It would turn on however to access we could not figure out not matter what we tried. decided to go to bed it was late anyhow. Instructions by remote would be wonderful.

Overall small minor details.....the breakfast was great, pricing was fabulous, pet friendly, location easy to find, felt safe, staff very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable; but missing lightbulbs in lamp, TV didn't work, and had a dirtbug infestation.

Nice clean place at reasonable rate

The curtain on the sliding door was filthy, the wallpaper by the door had something splashed on it and was stained. Dust and kinder surprise wrappers on the floor under the bed by the headboard. The room needs a good overall cleaning and wall wash. The continental breakfast was exceptional and the lady who made it was so friendly.

Property was good. Excellent free breakfast. Was not aware you had to ask for room cleaning for new towels/garbage removal. A lot of sketchy individuals passing around property outside….which is not really hotels fault as there seems to be an issue of this throughout the city

I am an early riser and almost always awaken before my wife. I get up and head down to the hotel lobby/breakfast
area and make myself some coffee and stay out of our room until my wife awakens. This morning I did the same, however, after making some coffee, I was informed that the hotel lobby was CLOSED! I asked what that meant. I was told that the lobby was closed until 6:30am, when breakfast was available. Closing the hotel lobby makes no sense. The only people that could be there are the guests of the hotel, who should have the right to access to the lobby. Additionally, the business center was shut down and would not be opened until 6:30am. I was VERY disappointed with this hotel's policies and doubt that I will ever consider staying there in the future.

Bed was horrible. Tried using the ironing board. Was busted beyond repair.

The bathroom smelled like urine and must, the room itself had a funky smell. The vestibule at the back door had multiple flies and smelled of a bottle redemption centre. The place is old!! Safety is questionable!

No elevator, but good free breakfast.
