It was the most beautiful hotel, with gorgeous decor. The staff could not have been more helpful, and were always there to greet us as we arrived back. The breakfast room was on 11th floor with big windows and there's a bar on the roof. Easy to walk out for old town eating, shopping and sightseeing.
The interior rooms don't have any natural light, but that is stated on the booking.com site.

Great location, nice room (though we paid a lot for it). The staff were very friendly and eager to help, particularly Jenny and the reception staff. Breakfast was good
We paid for a nice room and I am glad we did as some of the rooms looked very small.
We walked up the stairs to the rooftop bar, the stairs were dirty with empty glasses left on them. The communal areas look tatty and not as smart as the photos would suggest.
Service at the rooftop bar was chaotic and we got served the wrong drinks and given the wrong bill. The bar is tatty and needs some refurbishment and again, not as smart as the photos would suggest.
Everything was perfect. Extremely helpful and courteous staff, rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was top notch. Couldn't have picked a better spot.

El personal fue bastante amable, siempre muy atento y servicial. Nos ayudaron incluso a llevar desayuno en unas cajas ya que tomamos un tour por la mañana.
Lo único a cambiar sería incrementar el tiempo del desayuno. Un poco mas tarde. Pero en general nos llevamos una muy buena experiencia.

Very clean, incredible location, and great value for money. Most importantly, their staff is exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help us with bags, truly local recommendations for everything, and just making sure we had a warm and hospitable stay. We booked this last minute after another place we'd booked fell through, and I could not be happier we took that call! Ended up coming back to stay here again after our Ha Long Bay cruise.
The staff are wonderful, it is clean and comfortable. It is so good we booked more time here when we return to Hanoi

Food at breakfast buffet is not hot enough
location and view
Lokatie midden in de oude stad paar minuten van Kiem lake. Personeel vriendelijk. De kamer is goed voor de gereduceerde prijs.
Ze doen alsof ze een super korting geven maar de volle prijs van 17000k (€550) is het absoluut niet waard. Met 83% korting is het wel een goede prijs. Ook de te dure Spa behandelingen worden aangeboden met zogenaamde kortingen.
Ze promoten ook hun restaurant met door Michelin gedecoreerde chef. Gelukkig hier niet voor gekozen, dit is in dezelfde ruimte als het ontbijt. Als ontbijt ruimte is het ok maar absoluut geen fine dinning ambiance.
Ontbijt is uitgebreid maar niet echt goed. Koffie is bitter uit een grote kan, Egg Benedict met al voorgebakken dus taai bacon, slechte hollandaise, jus d’orange meer een limonade mix.
Ook hier personeel wel vriendelijk.
