Great location.
Zoe the customer service was really nice and welcoming
The check in was longer than expected - the team gave us the feeling the room wasn't ready for us even though they promised it would be.
It wasn't that clean - dead bugs on the walls, stains on the curtains, the shower was built so bad so water leaked from everywhere on the bathroom floor.
I really don't know who rated this hotel so highly
The staff were brilliant and it’s right in the busy bit
I woke up at night and could hear doors and toilets being flushed so excess noise in rooms

RESTAURANT ROOM SERVICE
Wonderful breakfast provided in top floor restaurant with great views. Roof top bar is very nice too. Staff helpful and very accommodating. Our room was pretty, comfortable and well appointed, but a bit small to be called an executive suite. Massage offered throughput the day and was very good.
Only one elevator, for a 12 floor busy hotel meant you had to wait a while on occasion.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig, von allem etwas. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Gut gelegen im old town.
Die Musik der Skybar war leider bis in den 4. Stock hörbar, aber mit Ohrenstöpsel kein Problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exellent breakfast. Comfortable beds.
It was the most beautiful hotel, with gorgeous decor. The staff could not have been more helpful, and were always there to greet us as we arrived back. The breakfast room was on 11th floor with big windows and there's a bar on the roof. Easy to walk out for old town eating, shopping and sightseeing.
The interior rooms don't have any natural light, but that is stated on the booking.com site.

Everything was perfect. Extremely helpful and courteous staff, rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was top notch. Couldn't have picked a better spot.

We paid for a nice room and I am glad we did as some of the rooms looked very small.
We walked up the stairs to the rooftop bar, the stairs were dirty with empty glasses left on them. The communal areas look tatty and not as smart as the photos would suggest.
Service at the rooftop bar was chaotic and we got served the wrong drinks and given the wrong bill. The bar is tatty and needs some refurbishment and again, not as smart as the photos would suggest.
Breakfast was excellent… great choices served in the beautiful Comet dining room with breathtaking views

Stayed twice within a week and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place.
Staff, comfort and location
El personal fue bastante amable, siempre muy atento y servicial. Nos ayudaron incluso a llevar desayuno en unas cajas ya que tomamos un tour por la mañana.
Lo único a cambiar sería incrementar el tiempo del desayuno. Un poco mas tarde. Pero en general nos llevamos una muy buena experiencia.
Very clean, incredible location, and great value for money. Most importantly, their staff is exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help us with bags, truly local recommendations for everything, and just making sure we had a warm and hospitable stay. We booked this last minute after another place we'd booked fell through, and I could not be happier we took that call! Ended up coming back to stay here again after our Ha Long Bay cruise.
