Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally conducive to a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Two early morning fire alarms in three nights because of burnt toast
Pros:

It’s the only hotel for miles so it’s very convenient

Cons:

The floor underneath the tub creeped every time you shifted weight, feeling like it was rotting out. The AC/heat was incredibly noisy. The tub/shower water was very hard to turn off. The wall walls are thin.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, large room, super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was fresh and hot, exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was also much appreciated.

Cons:

Elevator bell (the door opening signal) seemed rather loud, but luckily our room was not close to the elevator so it was not really a problem for us.

Nice hotel, friendly atmosphere, good food, great location needs work on rooms and remedying issues
Pros:

There is a wonderful breakfast included the staff is kind. The parking is not easy in snow storms. We didn’t have a working phone in the room
To call The front desk.i had to go to the front desk in person on many occasions to communicate with them for sheets for the couch bed then pillows as they didn’t bring the pillows. They don’t clean daily. They will charge for it extra I was told. They want you to reuse towels. I got sick while there. There was mold
On the ceiling in the bathroom. There are no switches for vents.
All that said it has some work to do. But the staff is kind. The food is good and the location is great.

Cons:

To have the room cleaned daily and not be told I would
Be charged for it when traveling with a disabled individual who requires special care, wears depends, and not have trash bags or enough trash cans to dispose of trash. Not
Having the convenience of a working phone in the room to Be able to call The front desk for help. The Mold
In the bathroom on the ceiling needs remedying.

A pleasant surprise. A real gem !
Pros:

The rooms were so spacious, immaculate, the decor was warm and welcoming. It was very windy and cold outside but our room was nice and warm. Great complimentary breakfast too.
Very at night too.. We will definitely stay here again !

Ich fand den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel echt mies.

ich bin wirklich schon viel gereist, aber ich bin noch nie so unhöflich und unfreundlich empfangen worden, wie in diesem Hotel. Zudem gibt es bei diesem Preis keine Minibar und keinen Safe auf dem Zimmer. Der Frühstücksraum ist unordentlich, geschmacklos und schmutzig mein Pappteller und auch die Serviette und auch mein Pappbecher haben auf dem Tisch festgeklebt…. ich habe morgens immer den selben Tisch benutzt. Irgendwie war’s ja auch putzig, die Flecken vom Vortag habe ich am nächsten Morgen immer wieder gesehen. Das Frühstück ist geschmacklich geschmacklos. Aber das kannst du auch gleich mit deinen Papptellern, dem Plastikbesteck , den Papier Servierten und den Pappbechern in den Müll schmeißen. Für 260usd pro Nacht hätte ich mehr erwartet, zumindest Freundlichkeit. ach, und übrigens: es gibt zwar eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und auch Kaffeepads (das finde ich Mega), jedoch werden die Zimmer nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt und damit eben auch das nur aufgefüllt… Eigentlich ist das auch in Ordnung mit dem reinigen, nur, das muss auch mitgeteilt werden. Dann hätte ich mir Kaffee woanders besorgt. Ich fand das Hotel echt mies.
