Good value for money, great for a couple's weekend city break in the beautiful Leipzig
Pros:

The room was clean, nice, it had a lot of sunlight and the ventilation was adequate. The venue location was close to local shops (e.g. Aldi) and tram stations to get to the city center. The price was good considering that I booked it 4 days before and for only one night. Good experience overall.

Cons:

Usually we would receive 4 towels, 2 body towels and 2 hand towels, but we were given only 2 big towels. Not so much of an inconvenient because we only stayed for one night, so we managed. However, an aspect that I didn't appreciate at all was that the radiator was closed ("AUS") and the room was terribly cold when we arrived. I understand that it's the end of March, but it has been a very cold week in Leipzig, temperatures dropping under 10 degrees Celsius (the maximum during daytime, not to mention the night temperatures).

Naja, sieht auf den Bildern wesentlichen gepflegter aus

Moderne Einrichtung, die leider schwächelt

Cons:

Leider roch es in der Wohnung nach Rauch, es war allgemein unsauber, Brandflecken auf Möbeln und Bettwäsche. Die Möbel sind leider abgewohnt.

Alles sauber; genügend Handtücher und Duschgel vorhanden; schönes Treppenhaus; sehr freundlicher Empfang;

Cons:

Arbeitsfläche in der Küchenzeile klebrig; zu wenig Licht in der Küchenecke; Nachttisch müsste auf die andere Seite; Wasserhahn im Bad nicht weit genug über dem Waschbecken

Sauberes Zimmer, nach Rauch riechendes Badezimmer, was eine Nutzung der Sauna unmöglich machte.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal, da man nur 15min bis zum Hauptbahnhof mit der Bahn fährt. Das Viertel ist zwar dreckig, aber die Unterkunft war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Sauna gebucht. Leider war eine Nutzung nicht möglich, da es stark nach Rauch gestunken hat im Badezimmer. Das Personal hat 2 mal versucht den Geruch mit Hilfe eines Lüfters zu entfernen, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Der Aufenthalt war damit nicht sonderlich toll. Ein Zimmer zu tauschen ging nicht. Auch die Vorhänge im Zimmer selbst haben nach Rauch gerochen, was dem Raum eine Eigennote gegeben hat.

Haben das Beste darau gemacht.
Pros:

Helle und schöne Wohnung. Alles Problemlos geklappt

Cons:

Spülbecken zu klein. Schimmel unter und hinter dem Waschbecken. Küche hatte leider keinen Backofen und die Pfanne die vorhanden war, war viel zu Groß für die Kochplatte.

Sucht euch lieber etwas anderes
Pros:

- netter Empfang
- kurzer Weg zur Haltestelle

Cons:

- leider waren wir im Nebengebäude untergebracht
- laute Umgebung (Bar direkt neben an - die Musik hört man auch im 3. Stock bis 5 Uhr morgens)
- Wohnung dreckig (Lippenstiftspuren am Türrahmen und Fenster, dreckige Fliesen im Bad gegenüber der Toilette)
- Müll und vergessene Anziehsachen vom Vorgänger in Schränken
- ungenügend vorhandenes Besteck
- 3 Betten im Schlafzimmer Fehlanzeige (Bett 3 stand im Wohnzimmer - ungünstig, wenn man es extra deswegen gebucht hat)
- Betten teilweise durchgelegen
- TV nur über WLAN möglich, wenn WLAN denn verlässlich funktionieren würde
