Забронирован за 2 месяца, но информация о залоге в 200 долларов, и оплате за свет отдельно в количество 8 бат за киловатт, была озвученна за 12 часов до заезда…убираются раз в 3 дня, фото брони номера сделано с 6 этажа, вид прекрасный, по факту заселили на 2 этаж с абсолютном другим видом.Свет не дешёвый за 8 дней вышло 720 бат, причем в номере нас почти не было…

the shower facility was awful. the water poor out all over the side of the bath and soaks the floor which is extremely dangerous, the depth of the bath trying to step out after a shower onto the soaking wet floor. Thankfully my partner and I are fit and flexible but i would hate for my parents or any person with poor mobility to stay here.
paying for electricity, although not too expensive. , was ridiculous. And a 3,000baht deposit was far too high aswell.

No coffee, milk, or tea. The bath is very deep, and water goes everywhere after a shower.

Buildings "A" and "B" are built at an angle to each other and on a slope, so all residents of building "A" sitting on the balconies are looking at the bed on the 3rd floor of building "B". Considering the heat, it is impossible to sleep with thick curtains closed all the time, so I had to move the bed deeper into the room. But this did not solve the problem 100%, since the courtyard is located at the level of the 3rd floor window and any condo gardener there causes discomfort. But to be honest, we only saw him once.
My recommendation is to add tulle sheer curtains.

The apartment was to have been serviced every day, but only was serviced on day 4 of our 5 day stay.
There was nothing to sweep the floor with, in the end I purchased a sweeper. Having to get rid of our own rubbish was not a nice thing to do when on holidays. The height of the bath shower is very steep. And we were unlucky to have maintenance being done outside our balcony, so we did not have privacy in our room at times and was unable to use the balcony.

Dirty, smelly accommodation, old and used. The Internet periodically disappears for 1-2 minutes. The bathroom is a horror - everything constantly spills out on the floor, the water pressure is minimal (apparently this is how they save money), it is disgusting to touch anything. Every morning I woke up to the screams of obscene words from my Russian neighbors. The fridge is barely cooling, my food has gone bad. I do not recommend.

The promise was not kept:
I had plenty of time to book what I wanted in advance
(1) No television in the bed room
(2) Small sofa in the living room with no other options for watching television.
(3) the apartment is on a low floor so there was an odor whenever it rained.
(4) No view.
((5) No television in the bedroom.

Checking in and out was a hassle
Could not find the front desk no clear signs had to walk around and ask and no help with the luggage from the staff
Upon checking out no one was at the front desk.
