RESTAURANT: access only by reservation, subject to availability. “Smart casual” dress code required (gentlemen: long trousers and closed shoes).

PRIVATE BEACH: open 08:00–18:00 (summer season). Parasols and sunbeds at extra charge, subject to reservation. Valid: 14:00 on day of arrival – 13:00 on day of departure.

OUTDOOR POOL: open 09:00–19:00 (summer season). Access and sunbeds free of charge, subject to availability.

BICYCLES: available 08:00–20:00 (1 May – 30 September). Traditional bicycles free; e-bikes €10 for 6 hours.

PETS: €25/day; max. 2 per room (dogs <25kg, cats <3kg). Guide dogs and certified support animals always welcome.

CHILDREN: free stay 0–2.99 years. Baby cot €20/day, subject to availability.

Staying in a masterpiece of art and history
Pros:

It’s the best value for money to experience the Grand Hotel stay. Residenza has the same good materials in furnishings and details, good quality never degrades. Read about this hotel, the history is amazing.

Good value but tired.
Pros:

Location and use of facilities at Grand Hotel which served a super breakfast..

Cons:

Rooms felt tired and limited reception offer - had to go over to main hotel to sort anything out which in the heavy rain was a pain. Sound insulation between rooms , to outside and corridor poor.

Elegance and affordability.
Pros:

Residenza Parco Fellini is an elegant boutique hotel adjacent to the Grand Hotel. Its staff are friendly, helpful, and eager to assist you with your visit to Rimini. Through Booking.com we received a room upgrade that was a nice touch.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about Residenza Parco Fellini.

Nice rooms, deceptively advertised and beach costs fortune to use
Pros:

Nice bathrooms. Good that you can have breakfast in the grand hotel

Cons:

Misleadingly advertised. Beach access isn’t included, and if you want to use it you’re looking at having to pay €80-100 which, let’s face it, is basically the cost of a hotel room. The hotel was also overrun with mosquitos. Receptionist was unable to provide me with information about taxis which seems like quite a baseline thing to ask about.

Bueno pero no tanto
Pros:

Ubicación cerca de la playa, de la estación de trenes, restaurantes y de otros atractivos turísticos.
Buen desayuno, aunque en el hotel grande donde hay que trasladarse ( un poco “pomposo”)
Prestan bicicletas.

Cons:

Personal parco, salvo honrosas excepciones.
Instalaciones algo antiguas, limpias pero con mantenimiento regular.
No hay cafetera ni dan extras.
Pese a haber solicitado con anticipación un par de “breakfast boxes”, habiendo pagado alojamiento con desayuno, no los hicieron y nadie se hizo responsable (check out de madrugada por vuelo y en ayunas).
