Extra special shout-out to Trevor, the Front Desk Manager at the Coast Capri Hotel in Kelowna. I had a longer stay and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond, always greeting me by name with a warm smile and making me feel genuinely cared for.

Trevor was exceptional—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful with recommendations throughout my stay. The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and the hospital. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool in the summertime. Highly recommend.

The service was good and the hotel is easy to get to being right on the main highway. Otherwise it was a decent, standard hotel.

I regularly travel through Kelowna as a stop over when I am flying to other destinations as well as for appointments and shopping. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in the Kelowna area in the past but prefer to stay at the Coast Capri.

The hotel is wonderful. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the top floor rooms offer high ceilings making the rooms feel even more spacious. The hotel lobby is lovely, especially at Christmas when the entire area is beautifully decorated. The restaurant is a great place to grab a late night snack or a yummy breakfast to fuel your day.

From my perspective, where this hotel really excels is in terms of their staff. Every person who works there goes above and beyond and makes me feel like I am in my home away from home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Often I am traveling with a kayak on the roof of my car, and the front desk staff have allowed me to park close to the entry to ensure my kayak is secure. It’s these thoughtful gestures that make this hotel such a great place to stay.

Great beds, beautiful decor, amazing staff, lots of parking, and a fabulous pool in the summer. So many reasons to stay here.

I recently stayed at the Coast Capri Hotel in Kelowna and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location is excellent—central, easy to access, and close to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. It’s a great base whether you’re in town for wine touring, business, or a quick getaway.
