The staff was great!
My TV worked only the first of 3 nights and when I called to have it fixed, staff did a reset (which didn’t fix the problem) but did not follow up to see if it worked. (It didn’t). The fridge froze everything we put in it and there was no way to adjust temp. While the rest of the hotel looked clean and updated, the rooms were clean but dated. Had better value at newer hotels. Didn’t understand why the place was so expensive as the amenities didn’t match the price paid. Having said that, the breakfast was very good, and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Room was clean and quiet. Lots of parking available.
We had problems with the shower and the room plugs. When we notified the front desk they sent someone to verify the problems instead of fixing them. It made us feel as if they did not believe us and the person they sent was no use to us at all. We ended up changing rooms after unpacking and were not offered any assistance.
The rooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The pool was amazing, and the poolside food and drink service was excellent. The location is perfect, with all the shops and grocery stores within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again!
My husband and I have been coming to the Coast Capri for many years now. We first started visiting with our children, who now have kids of their very own. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable, and the pool is really nice too. The staff are so friendly and accommodating every single time we stay, and they truely go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Coast Capri is also close to the downtown core and to many of the lake swim spots that we love. We have made so many wonderful memories here over the years, and it honestly feels like a home away from home for our whole family. Hopefully we will keep enjoying our trips here for many more years to come. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kelowna.

My Husband and I have been coming to the Coast Capri for many years now. We first came with our children,whom now have children of there own ❤️ The Rooms are very clean and comfortable,the pool is really nice too! The Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The Coast Capri is also close to the downtown core and many of the Lake swim spots. Hopefully We will enjoy coming here for many more years!☺️☺️

A good location just off the main road through Kelowna, route 97, also known as Harvey Avenue. The location is good for other local restaurants and shops, and it is a short walk to the farmers' market too. The hotel is suitable for family groups and business use, with a relaxed atmosphere - dogs are also allowed.
Our room was very good, large enough with a decent shower and a room safe and fridge. We were facing Harvey Avenue and it can be noisy with the traffic but were were not troubled but this if the door is closed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, we enjoyed several breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant and the service was very good. There is a decent outdoor pool in the centre of the hotel which has a deep end 10 feet deep.
Overall a good stay.
