Superb stay.
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay and were impressed by the friendly and helpful service throughout the hotel. A special mention goes to the receptionist who checked us in and out. She had clearly taken note of the message I sent before arrival and had thoughtfully prepared for our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a wonderful first impression and were greatly appreciated.

The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I was able to meet a friend and spend time catching up in the lobby area, which had plenty of comfortable seating and was an ideal space to relax. Our room was well positioned and, as requested, pleasantly quiet.

Both the evening meal and breakfast were delicious, with a good selection of options and excellent quality. We also enjoyed the addition of the coffee bar and appreciated the screens showing the World Cup in various areas of the hotel, which created a lively yet relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service, comfortable facilities, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Great family hotel with a nice outdoor pool area to enjoy & very comfortable beds!
Pros:

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Coast Capri Hotel. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the pool area; it was well set up with lots of lounge chairs and tables for dining. The beds in the room were excellent and very comfortable. The hotel is situated in an excellent location and close to shopping, amenities, and lots of dining options. We will definitely be back here again with our family.

Still a wonderful hotel
Pros:

We are retracing the steps of our honeymoon 45 years ago and are happy to say the Capri is better now than it was then. We booked a larger room because we remember how small our room was in our honeymoon and even though we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because of the traffic noise, we were satisfied. I found the pillows impossibly overstuffed and firm, but our room on the 7th floor was quiet and we slept well. The hotel surprised us with a dessert for our anniversary and we also enjoyed drinks and breakfast in the restaurant where the service was friendly and prompt. I wouldn’t really say the lake is walkably close, but a $10 Uber ride gets you there quickly and the lakefront is a great place to wander. All in all, our walk down memory lane was a success.
