The pool side bar was really nice.I loved the staff there.When i locked my bathroom door the prompty fixed it.Food was great.

No streaming services on the TVs
Great hotel for business travel. Full service amenities, but at a very competitive price, with not a lot of extra fees that one expects in this type of hotel. Nice to be able to charge my meals to my room so accounting is easy when I get back to the office. Vintners restaurant was great for all three meal periods.
Fitness centre is small but has all the equipment I needed (was surprised to find a stair climber!), and while I didn't use the outdoor pool, it definitely looked inviting.
Staff were exceptional, and location is ideal.
I found my stay at the Coast Capri Hotel to be very comfortable. I strongly advise calling the hotel directly to make a reservation. I tried one of the booking sites and they recorded me as my last name first and when I had to change my dates, the hotel clerk couldn't find me at first. She was patient, professional, and friendly, and finally straightened it out. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. When I arrived, there was a gift basket waiting for me. It contained a couple of cookies and a ten-dollar coupon for the restaurant.

Disliked the brush off I got from the manager as I experienced a terrible night and such loud ignorance up to 1 am and a lack of security until they called a company. All I wanted was peace and quiet and rules to be followed from these other such selfish and ignorant guests which I confronted twice as nothing was being done. Out in halls and over loud talking in room and so many times in and out and in and OUT!
Should be NO room jumping past say 1030 pm! They were a large group and nobody with any consideration.
I wrote in about it all the next day and heard back days later from him and to a: we'll do better next time brush off.
Could have offered me a 30 or 40% off for next time but NO! I even followed up on the brush off and ignored and will edit my 3 star to a 2 now.

Extremely friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. I stayed two nights on a business trip, and want disappointed. Pricing was extremely fair. The bathtub/showers are dated but otherwise, all was great.
We stayed for just one night to celebrate my parent’s 65th wedding anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make sure my parents had a great celebration. So thoughtful!

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on. The hotel must've been recently renovated, because everything was exceptionally clean throughout it.
It was sub-zero outside, overnight, when we stayed there, and we turned the heat off and opened the patio door a foot wide and it was still way too hot in the room all night long.
