We love staying at the Capri when we come to Kelowna!

Were only there for one night prior to going to airport.

Great economical option
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. I stayed two nights on a business trip, and want disappointed. Pricing was extremely fair. The bathtub/showers are dated but otherwise, all was great.

We stayed for just one night to celebrate my parent’s 65th wedding anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make sure my parents had a great celebration. So thoughtful!

Pros:

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on. The hotel must've been recently renovated, because everything was exceptionally clean throughout it.

Cons:

It was sub-zero outside, overnight, when we stayed there, and we turned the heat off and opened the patio door a foot wide and it was still way too hot in the room all night long.

Friendly staff and nice daily fruit at the reception
Pros:

Enjoying the stay mainly because of the friendly customer service at the front desk. Daily fruits were a nice bonus. Got the guest of the day's little treats which was lovely. The only issue was the noise of the ventilation/heater in the room which was disturbing my sleep at night.

Already Planning My Summer Return

Extra special shout-out to Trevor, the Front Desk Manager at the Coast Capri Hotel in Kelowna. I had a longer stay and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond, always greeting me by name with a warm smile and making me feel genuinely cared for.

Trevor was exceptional—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful with recommendations throughout my stay. The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and the hospital. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool in the summertime. Highly recommend.
