Ideal location for exploring Old Town Edinburgh!
Pros:

The location was ideal for exploring Edinburgh. The host was responsive with questions. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Cons:

We made do with instant coffee and breakfast out but we might suggest adding a toaster & coffee maker to the kitchen to make mornings smoother.

The red tape required to actually get the codes to enter the apartment especially when you couldn’t get a signal on the phone . It was also quite expensive

Pas d’eau chaude, suite 11, et personne ne répond au no de téléphone indiqué , vu le prix ce n’est pas acceptable de se doucher à l’eau froide

Pros:

The location was great! The 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, and clean! We had some issues regarding our luggage storage, and the team was helpful and quick to respond.

Cons:

The apartment is on level 3, so be prepared to walk up four flights of stairs. Some facilities seemed old, and slightly spoiled (e.g., the chairs seem a bit torn, and the rubbish bin couldn't open really well), but still didn't affect us much~ Everything else is new good shape!

Appartamento molto carino e curato ma peccato per alcuni aspetti che lo avrebbero reso eccellente.
Pros:

Posizione molto centrale. Appartamento nuovo o comunque curato. Funzionalità delle aperture porta a combinazione.

Cons:

Secondo piano senza ascensore (avendo due bambini piccoli ed stato un po’ una pecca della struttura). Confusione dalle finestre che davano su una via molto trafficata. Acqua fredda durante una delle giornate.

Good location but a bit uncomfortable
Pros:

Location in the old town, very good to reach everything, even if during the night the street is full of high and drunk people.
I didn't like the deposit of such a great amount (250£), but everything went fine.

Cons:

We stayed in apartment 21 (1bedroom and 1sofa), 4 people. The sofa was really uncomfortable.
There was not enough space to open our luggages, we only spent one night there but we travelled for 10 days so we used medium size luggages. The bathroom is nice and modern but there's no space to place 4 people stuff.
In the bedroom 2 lights out of 3 were not functioning.
In general the apartment was a bit dusty.

Appart plutôt bien situé au sein d'Edimbourg même si la rue est assez bruyante.

Cons:

La prestation (très moyenne) n'était pas du tout à la hauteur du prix payé (élevé). Points négatifs : mauvaise isolation sonore, on entend énormément la rue et le palier. Bouchons d'oreilles fournis mais je ne paye pas ce prix pour devoir mettre des bouchons pour dormir. Salle de bains : ventilation très bruyante, pas de pression, pommeau de douche qui fuit, pas de rebord sur l'évier pour poser quoi que ce soit. Cuisine : micro-ondes qui penche et dont la condensation fuit pendant qu'il tourne, 6 couverts et pas un de plus ce n'est pas pratique. Appartement sous pente on tient à peine debout dans la chambre et il faut faire attention quand on sort de table pour ne pas se cogner. Ménage d'accueil ok (sanitaires, lits), mais il y a des tâches au plafond, ce que je n'accepte pas à ce prix là. Nous avions réservé pour 6 personnes et le canapé lit n'avait pas été préparé à notre arrivée.
