Edinburgh is amazing, the accommodation was perfect and great location to see the sites,
Pros:

Clean and spacious. Perfect central location.

Cons:

We were on the top floor with no lift.
If you have anyone with health issues make sure you request lower floors.

Very pleased and recommend it.

Great location, was clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

What comes with the good location in a city was lots of late night noise at the local bars and streets. Once we closed the apartment windows it was fine.
The owner was very responsive and willing to move us to a back unit but it turned out to be fine with the windows closed.

Do not stay here in summer/hot weather

Ear plugs provided

Cons:

- loud - unbelievable noisey all night long. No one slept.
- boiling hot - had to have all the windows open out of fear of suffocation which added to the noise which was from constant partying and loud noises outside
- toilet did not flush properly
- beds were very small for 2 people
- carpet in the rooms was not nice under feet - didn’t feel very hygienic
- mould in the bathroom (almost like a sauna it was so hot)
- water heater extremely loud

Pros:

The house is very well furnished, in a really convenient and central position. Very close to many tram and bus stations, it is very spacious (our group was of 6 people and we fitted very comfortably).

The house was very clean and the self check in was super convenient and easy to process. The house is basically in the same building as a luggage storage, so that's also convenient.

Cons:

One thing that was an unfortunate surprise, some of the towels in the bathroom were a bit moldy. Not all of them, so it was not really a big issue.

Ideal location for exploring Old Town Edinburgh!
Pros:

The location was ideal for exploring Edinburgh. The host was responsive with questions. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Cons:

We made do with instant coffee and breakfast out but we might suggest adding a toaster & coffee maker to the kitchen to make mornings smoother.
