Pros:

Io ho preso la stanza quella tradizionale giapponese, c’era moltissimo spazio, e i futon erano molto confortevoli, la zona è quella a luci rosse di Tokyo, ma si passeggia tranquillamente di notte nessuno viene ad importunarti quindi alla fine una zona tranquilla. Tutte le mattine quando uscivo consegnavo le chiavi e al mio ritorno trovavo tutto in ordine e sempre spazzolini nuovi, shampoo balsamo e bagno schiuma rimpiazzati, quindi devo dire io mi sono trovata molto bene, in più per il prezzo che si paga e il fatto che si è centrali (perché la stazione di Shinjuku è molto vicina) è un super affare. E lo staff ti viene in contro per qualsiasi esigenza e non è una cosa da poco. Per me 10 su 10

I would stay here again.

因為連假被安排在地下室（感覺是比較不常用的房間）
桌上、衣架上甚至廁所衛生紙蓋上「厚厚一層灰」完全不敢放東西上去！吹風機忽冷忽熱，重點是還有閃光！用了非常害怕

SALIDA DE EMERGENCIA SIN SEÑALAR, SUCIO E INCÓMODO

Nada. Estaba sucio, lleno de polvo en cualquier esquina de la habitación, hasta en los huecos de las puertas. Los filtros del aire acondicionado llenos de mierda. El aparato que tienen de purificar funcionaba a ratos(más bien pocos ratos) no teníamos ni señalada la salida de emergencia de la habitación nisiquiera un pequeño plano. Fui a quejarme y lo único que me dijeron fue que si no estaba contenta me marchara y cambiara de hotel. Es como para que me devuelvan el dinero del alojamiento así te lo digo.

Fui a quejarme y lo único que me dijeron fue que si no estaba contenta me marchara y cambiara de hotel. Es como para que me devuelvan el dinero del alojamiento así te lo digo. La habitación era un sótano que menos que la salida de emergencia esté señalada en la habitación (ADEMÁS QUE ES POR LEY y no teníamos ni un plano) a parte de que menos que te ayuden a subir y bajar las maletas.
Solo espero que me deis una respuesta a lo de la salida de emergencia ya que tengo fotos.

The staff was very nice and the room was adequate for my friend and I for a few nights.

I liked the location of it in Shinjuku, but the specific location in Shinjuku looks a little sketchy. I also loved the staff, they were very nice and accommodating.
