The location was very nice along with the decor of the room.

You'll end up going to other places rather than your room since the internet service is so awful.

Cheap for a reason.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Effectively you get what you pay for, if you're wondering about the cheapness of the hotel it has to do with being in Kabukicho and surrounded by several love hotels as well as the cramped space of the room. During my week long stay we were met with ants crowding in our room, no offer of any recompense or moving of rooms.

The front desk actually had ant killer which means it is a consistent problem in the hotel. The Wi-Fi was also terrible and constantly kept disconnecting during our stay.

Nice quality-price relation, but bad for relaxing.

Nice and tidy hotel with small little rooms

Cons:

Next to Kabukicho, if you like partying it's perfect, otherwise there is noise and people around all night. The windows are not soundproof and you can mostly hear people on the street all night. The temperature in the room also gets influenced by the bad isolation from the windows.
