Nice quality-price relation, but bad for relaxing.

Nice and tidy hotel with small little rooms

Cons:

Next to Kabukicho, if you like partying it's perfect, otherwise there is noise and people around all night. The windows are not soundproof and you can mostly hear people on the street all night. The temperature in the room also gets influenced by the bad isolation from the windows.

한국인 직원분도 상주해계시고 숙소도 꽤 조용했습니다. 일본 다다미 방 느낌나고 꽤 넓고 아늑했어요.

Cons:

확실히 시설이 많이 낙후되어 있다는 느낌은 좀 있었습니다. 화장실도 욕실과 일체형이었고 좀 좁았어요

Senza pretese, ottimo per visitare la città coi mezzi pubblici

Struttura in posizione comoda per visitare Tokyo (vicinissima sia alla stazione della metro che dei treni), reception h24 con possibilità di avere ombrelli gratis in caso di pioggia.
Nonostante si trovi in un quartiere nel cuore della vita notturna la stanza è molto ben isolata acusticamente.

Cons:

Camera molto piccola, senza finestre, presente una sola rella appendiabiti e una scrivania occupata da TV e bollitore con poco posto per riporre valigie e oggetti. Pulizia da migliorare.
