The accommodation cost $520 dollars for one night,it was like going to Nana's for the night. We had to walk up a giant staircase case to our room'with the bathroom and kitchen downstairs. We would never stay at ridges again....-- ******.
Everything about the accommodation
The property had history big rooms with good bathroom facilities
All the furniture was antique but not well maintained. Full of stains scratches and the wardrobes were falling apart.
The pool had no outside furniture and needed maintenance.
Close to Elizabeth St food precinct .
Breakfast was fair
Room was huge
Great view
No gym on sight
No Pool towels available (have to use white towels)
Emailed prior to stay with no response
Resturant not open Sunday
Quaint 63 rooms boutique hotel with heritage history. The room is big and comfortable. Bathroom is huge too.
The outdoor pool is too cold to swim. Will be nicer if there’s a gym too.
Great location, very convenient and easy to access. Beautiful building with nice antique furniture — clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately, the breakfast quality was poor and there was very limited variety. I was asked to pay extra specifically for a boiled or fried egg, as they only serve scrambled eggs. Due to the poor breakfast quality, I ended up cancelling it altogether, which was disappointing.
Great location in the city. Gorgeous building, and heaps of rooms. I got an amazing two level apartment with kitchen. The staff were very friendly. Heaps of free parking.
Nothing!
Work men at work men at window. Lounge was shocking condition. Window rattling in wind. No air conditioning
Good location and helpful staff. Breakie was good value when booked the night before. Lovely morning sunshine in the breakie room too.
Our room was in the newer buildings, right up against the road. It wasn’t ideal and the lounge room was very dark. The photos when booking didn’t really show the difference between the different room types so worth checking where your room will be. Being January they were fully booked and unable to move us.
Large rooms, spacious and good outlook
The hotel is more beautiful than in the pictures, I must say it has exceeded my expectations. Good location and very nice staff, large room with plenty of space.
