Pros:

Excellent location, excellent facility. One small issue was, there was a slight sewer or river smell in the lobby occasionally. They said it was related to the age of downtown infrastructure and proximity to the river. Did not affect our stay overall.

Das Hotel ist ein Boutique-Hotel, das in einem historischen Gebäude untergebracht und liebevoll umgebaut wurde. Dadurch erklären sich die eher kompakten Zimmer, die jedoch sehr durchdacht gestaltet sind. Gerade dieser Umstand verleiht dem Hotel einen ganz besonderen Charme – es wirkt stylisch und doch sehr einladend. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, modern und gleichzeitig passend zum historischen Charakter des Hauses. Unsere Erfahrung im Exmo Hotel in Porto war rundum sehr positiv. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – mitten im historischen Zentrum und nur wenige Schritte vom Douro entfernt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen, bekommt tolle Tipps für die Stadt und bei Fragen wird einem sofort weitergeholfen.
