Mkt trevligt bemötande av personalen, fick en verklig att känna sig välkommen och omhändertagen.

Cons:

Frukosten kunde varit lite större, fler val. Men det som fanns var mkt bra o fräscht och gott !

Cons:

The phone in my room wasn't working. I had to go down to reception four times before it was sorted.
Other than that, an excellent stay.

Excellent hotel in central location and superb staff

Excellent variety for breakfast and good coffee
All the staff without exception were polite and very helpful . Two young ladies went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly for us.

Pros:

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada. El personal es altamente atento y siempre está dispuesto a brindar apoyo al huésped. El desayuno es variado y se caracteriza por la frescura de sus productos. La habitación es agradable y ofrece una excelente vista de la ciudad.

La habitación es agradable, pero la cama era demasiado alta.

Disappointing for what we paid for
Pros:

Great location and staff were nice. Good spread at breakfast.

Cons:

Not particularly well maintained with obvious mould growth in the bathroom, shelf in shower about to fall off. They also don’t provide shampoo. Unfortunately housekeeping also left a used towel hanging in our bathroom when we checked in. Our air conditioning did not work which main the room stuffy throughout the night but staff were kind to provide a fan for air flow.

Newly renovated historic hotel with large and comfortable bedroom, crispy linens and large bathroom and superb shower. Great breakfast options with made to order eggs and delicious pastries and cappuccino. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful us with reservations and suggestions.

The staff made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked into this place.
Pros:
