Excellent location, efficient friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating us with change of the dates of our booking. The location is very central and close to the riverfront activities. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The room on first floor facing the street was tiny, and the street traffic and tourists very noisy at night.

Pros:

The staff was really kind and helpful and super friendly. Could very easily have or hold a conversation with them. Jackie ( at the front desk) was one of the employees that we had a good few conversations with and she gave us a lot of good recommendations on where to eat and sightsee.
