Pros:

This property is nothing like the photos shown. It is so incredibly dirty and rundown, has no elevator, there was bugs on the bed, and the worst part is it is immediately next to a huge construction site. Good luck resting at all with constant loud noises starting at 6am way into the night.

Pros:

The rooms were as pictured, cute clean and colourful. It had everything you needed, hot water, wifi and a comfortable bed. The lobby however left a lot to be desired in that there were things all over the place, ie. Old mattress against the wall, boxes of supplies out in the open, etc. Certainly not a good first impression. Also we had to drag our bags up four flights of very very narrow winding stairs which was doable for us but if you had any mobility issues at all it would not be good. However unless you're planning on spending time in the lobby the Poppy Villa is definitely ok for the price and the cuteness of the room. I would stay again for the record, I would just measure my expectations
