Pros:

Clean, relatively large room close to Ueno Station. Can be reached in a 5-10 min walk. Clear instructions provided.

Hotel pulito, posizione centrale, zona tranquilla che permette un ottimo riposo. Check in automatico semplice e intuitivo. La stanza 302 è molto comoda per 2 adulti e 1 bambino. Possibilità del cambio asciugamani in modo gratuito. Mettono a disposizione degli ospiti diversi oggetti per uso personale: spazzolino, cuffia per la doccia, shampoo, bagno schiuma, balsamo e sapone per il viso.

満点でした。
Pros:

上野駅から徒歩5分ほどという近さで、広々とした部屋、綺麗で清潔な部屋と設備、ロビーでの無料ドリンクや変圧プラグの設置など、心遣いも全て良かったです。

Cons:

些細なことで満足度には全く影響しませんが、バスタオルは室内干し臭がしました。

Cozy and comfy hideaway
Pros:

Great sleeping layout and the beds were so comfortable. It's really nice having separate sinks, toilet, and shower as there were 3 of us staying there. Great location. Very quiet.

Cons:

I could have used a proper chair with a backrest to sit in after a long day walking all over Tokyo. The night light in the bunk couldn't be turned off at night which was annoying.

雖然空間不大但是整體規劃的很好大廳也貼心的備有簡單的茶水不管是需要冷熱水或飲料都很方便

Cons:

住宿的位置沒有我想像的那麼方便，從車站過去會經過一個非常大的交通十字路口可能因為當天抵達過去的時候是晚上加上因為不了解地形，所以即使我們每人只有一個行李箱但還是非常狼狽。

grande chambre 4lits très propre très grands
la machine distributeur de jus café soupe gratuite dans l’espace commune.
les articles de toilette il y a plein nettoyant de visage de champoo de conditionneur, les serviettes de bain , un grand frigidaire.

Cons:

manqué la machine lave linge et sèche linge
le lavabo de la cuisine pas bien nettoyé pas propre odeur de toilette.

樓下附設飲料機真的很好，冰凍的水、綠茶、咖啡、桃味的茶……
Pros:

位置十分方便，到上野地鐵站只要5分鐘內，沿路有便利店及食店，房間很大足夠1家4口，房內的榻榻咪小朋友很喜歡

Cons:

房間的隔音不夠，小朋友走在地上很重，很怕打擾到樓下，網頁內有寫可提供BB車借用，但留言問職員說沒有

入住很方便，房東給我們密碼自行進出，可以省卻害怕遺失房卡的煩惱，多人同房也可以各自行動
